Stayed for 2 nights to explore Warm Sorings and surrounding area. We would not usually choose a Best Western but it was the only hotel in the area. Room was 1st floor looking out on the parking lot. There seemed to be rooms with patios or balconies to enjoy the beautiful view but maybe those cost extra? Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just dated and average. I admit I like a fancier hotel when I travel. No complaints other than terrible water pressure in the shower but I doubt the hotel can do much about that. There were some beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy as well as a bar and restaurant which was convenient.

Only compliant is the lighting in the room and bathroom is very dim. I had read that in a previous review and brought a lighted mirror, but it was still very dim. Carpet a little worn. Staff and food was wonderful!

For a hotel that is popular for the view, don’t book the most expensive room expecting a view of anything other than the parking lot. The outdoor bar area does not have heaters and closed at 7pm on a Saturday night due to it being chilly. Otherwise a great place for a getaway.

The young man who checked us in was pleasant and polite. We met Joy and her husband the next morning and they went above and beyond to give us area information and fun, local things to do. Joy also boxed up few mini muffins and granola for us to take on our hikes. She also hollered out the front door when we were leaving, and I forgot one of my bags:) They gave the kind of experience that makes you want to come back and to recommend the hotel to others. We had a wonderful experience there.

Lovely property just south of Warm Springs, GA, with spectacular views of the sunrise, an inviting fire pit in the back by the pool area, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect - clean, comfortable and quiet. Coffee and breakfast were available in the morning, and the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were outstanding. The location is just a few minutes drive from Warm Springs so it was very convenient. We will definitely come again.

The staff was very accommodating. The rug was slightly worn but overall good condition but very comfortable. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant...the View could be updated. Limited choices. The view and atmosphere exceptional.

Property was clean and attractive (although some grounds maintenance was lacking). Staff was pleasant. Unfortunately we had no TV service literally for hours and had to change rooms in order to get it. More importantly, we had no internet service for our stay. There was no offer to compensate us for the lack of these basic services.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff was kind and courteous and informative. The food was delicious and the view behind the property as well as the cleanliness of the property in every area was spectacular. I would love to stay again one day.

Staff and facilities were excellent and the view was spectacular. If you are ever in warm springs this is the best place to stay….
