Reassured it was wheelie walker friendly - it was not. Room smaller than the advertised picture on-line People in next room sat outside and talked loudly until 10pm Nil staff on site. Staff left at 5pm, on our departure at 10am still no staff. Nil breakfast available

Clean and cozy place to stay. It has everything you need in the room. You could do nothing and stay in room watching Netflix and chill as they have subscribed account ready on the smart TV. The lady at the reception is pretty friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoy the stay and will definitely come back.

Lovely clean rooms with fresh, good quality bedding and super clean dishes that you don't have to wash before using them. Comfy beds.

Great place for an overnight stay in Warwick. Room was immaculate, huge TV, very effective air conditioner, really clean and lots of nice little touches, like Cold Bottled Water in the fridge, air freshener, tissues, and plenty of power points near the bed for charging phones etc. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Great location for Telsa drivers with two destination chargers on site.

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect, the room were really well set with everything you may need, very spacious, bath robes, shampoo conditioners and other great touches. The bed was very comfortable and the manager of reception was really kind and nice. They let us check out at 12 which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

It is an older style property but very clean and equipped with everything needed for your comfort and convenience. I had a very comfortable night, thank you.

Really disappointing to see how poor the condition of this room was in August 2023. After more than 160 nights at the City View this is the first time I have seen a dirty conditions. Hair in the shower plug and mould and grime on the shower walls. Also the underside of the toilet had not been cleaned before check in. Also no offer of milk for tea or coffee and the foxtel connection has been replaced with a smart tv which has no access to any apps and only free to air channels. All in all a very disappointing decline in what was once a lovely motel.
