ホテル ゼナ ヴイスロイ アーバン リトリート(Hotel Zena)

This is hands-down by far the cleanest, aesthetically, pleasing, amazing customer service given, and a prime location reasonably price hotel that I’ve ever stayed in DC. I highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed. They also have a restaurant on site, and the food was impeccable. I was there for my birthday weekend and I will definitely book again in the future.

Everything in the room was great. The light in the bathroom lit up the whole room, so that was disturbing when one of us was trying to sleep and the other had to use the restroom. The air in our room didn’t really work but it was still a decent temp in there and we didn’t bring it up to the staff. Liked having pillow options, the provided water, and the shower was nice. Bed was medium firm but nice.

The hotel staff and valet services were amazing and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and had a spacious layout as well. There were additional fees that ******* does not show you until after you book, but Daija was very helpful with explaining the additional charges. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be coming back to stay there.

The property is very chic and has lots of nice amenities in the gym and bar. I couldn't enjoy the rooftop bar but I'm sure it would be excellent. I would happily return... Especially with my wife.

Loved it here! Bathtub was so relaxing. Sheets and towels were clean. Room didnt smell muggy or like smoke. Definitely will stay again.

Property was very welcoming! Excellent modern condition! Beautiful views and walking distance to most things! First stay and it won’t be the last!

I always enjoy my stay at Hotel Zena and exclusively will stay there now when I make my frequent travels to DC. I received a complimentary upgrade upon arriving but when there was a little issue with the heat in my room, I was switched to another great room next door in a matter of minutes and saw the maintenance crew resolving the issue for the next guest immediately. The customer service is so kind and the ambience and aesthetic of the hotel really made me feel like I wasn't alone this Christmas and I'm so thankful to have a go-to hotel moving forward. Side note - the kitchen wasn't open during my recent stay, but I've had both their breakfast and dinner from the restaurant Figleaf and they have always been delicious and large portions for a reasonable price! I look forward to my next work trip and the opportunity to stay here again. It is clear they have the system running smoothly and down to a science amongst their staff and still find the time to make each of their guests feel so special whenever I would pass by. Thank you again, Hotel Zena, Staff, Maintenance, & Valet Services for another 5 star experience at my favorite hotel!

Staff members were great and helpful. Location was perfect and the bed was soooo comfortable!

My check-in was good, hotel looked nice, but I wasn’t able to check amenities in all truthfulness. My biggest gripe was the cleanliness. Hotel room looked/felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned, especially the bed sheets.
