Lots of good things. Great staff ( but understaffed for how full the hotel was. The hotel was full of 8-14 year old kids in town for a sports competition and trashing the place faster than the staff could keep up. No USB ports in the rooms. The room was clean but 21st century prices demand a 21st century room. The mattress was terrible but the bedding was clean and nice. Great window blind! A big deal for me. The exterior trash receptacles on either side of the lobby entrance were overflowing from the time I checked in@6pm until I left at 11:39 am the next morning. Cigarette bits and trash at the lobby entrance. Breakfast service was very good and it was VERY busy. Job job staff.

Very convenient location. Room was very clean aside from some stains on the carpet in our room and some rips in the carpet in the hallways. Hot water and the water pressure was excellent. The bathroom and room was very clean. Hostess at check in was very friendly. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, they are doing renovations so some areas look a little run down but they are working to get it updated, also we love the pool it is actually heated, there breakfast is really nice to.

Bare bones property. They first put me in a room on the first floor looking out onto a parking lot. I didn’t feel safe there and asked to be moved to a higher floor, which they kindly granted. The second room’s tile floors at the entry and bathroom were very sticky. I didn’t feel like I could complain again so I made do, and asked the cleaning folks the next morning to mop. The stickiness slightly improved. Also - I cut my leg on the exposed metal bed frame when I sat down on the bed. Not a great experience. The free hot breakfast was pretty good. Each of the 3 mornings I was there, they had eggs and sausage and all the carbs one could want.

I had a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, it was relatively quiet. Loved the hot tub and long pool was good for swimming short laps. Couch was stained, that was the only negative. Breakfast was decent and free!

This place was very quiet & clean. Nice hot tub & the pool water was warm. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. To top it all off, they are pet friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry baby at home. I would recommend for a nice stay. 🙂

Loved the cleanliness and the ease of getting on and off the expressway. Seems short staffed. Could not receive items needed in a timely fashion. Like extra pillows etc.

The least appreciated aspect of this stay was the inability at the time to provide additional towels as requested. The best aspect was the on-demand immediacy of the hot water, and the wide variety of dining in the immediate area which was walkable.

Front desk Apparently didn't do the check in the proper way. Well, I got everything in my room. Decided to go to lunch. Come back cannot get in my room. To find out that they had someone else check in to my room. So have to go and get new keys made. Then later on that night the same thing happened again. Front desk would not give us any explanation at that time. Could not find us in the system would not give us any towels. Cause we were not checked in to the hotel. Then about 330 that morning. We had someone walk into our hotel room that they gave my room again to another guest. Overall just had a very had experience on how the hotel was managed.
