We absolutely loved this hotel. Very convenient for the centre. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Lovely pub downstairs. My only complaint would be that the room was unbearably hot. We had to have the window open in December to cool it down. Not so good for the environment. Would definitely recommend though and would absolutely book again.

I really wanted to like this property! It’s in a beautiful location and has great views! The dining option in the hotel are also great! However the shower caulking and grout had something black/blown on it. Only a handful of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I could hear a lot of external noise from my room.

Lovely hotel comfortable,clean ,the bar food wasn’t promoted enough in the evening,and parking was very expensive

I just let you know that I went for shower but it was not safe for me cause it is very risk so need to get access for shower only but not bath. I hope that can you understand

This hotel was in a great location to all of the Waterford sights. It was really close to the train station as well. The rooms were large and clean.

Central location and convenient parking across the street. We received a warm welcome and a lovely breakfast was included each morning. A central location to many of the city's attractions.

First off - the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but I believe the description on ******* claims it has parking. Second - the room I was given was the most uncomfortable night in Ireland for me. It was a back corner room above a loud bar where loud stereo music played till past midnight. Room was humid and stuffy so I had to leave a window open. Mind you, this was the most expensive of my hotels in Ireland. To make matters worse, I was greeted by a yellow rag sitting in the trash bin as soon as I entered the room, and the hand towel in the bathroom had hair on it. Needless to say, I never got to relax here. The staff seems clueless.
