ヘリテージ イン(Heritage Inn Hotel)

This is small rural town in PA —local hotel on main drag, modest setting and environs.. the owners checked me in. Very quiet , pleasant. And inexpensive. Room impeccably clean. Not aspiring to be the Ritz. Even had free chips (Fritos) with free bottled water.

The room was 176.00 for what was supposed to be a king suite with spa. The king bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable; springs could be felt through the hard mattress. No blankets for the hide a bed, Not very clean. I was not happy about an email that was sent to me after I confirmed and paid for our room IN FULL, that said my room would be given away if I didn’t confirm with the property by 9:00 pm. We have horrible cellphone reception in the area where the wedding reception was held and I didn’t see the email until this morning. We didn’t check in until 1:00 am because we were helping clean up at the venue. I would have been absolutely livid if the hotel staff had cancelled our FULLY paid for room because I didn’t see the email before 9:00 pm.

Quiet room, Air condditioner and TV worked well. Shower worked okay but plumbing fixtures were not in good repair. Beds comfortable, towels a little thin.

Room was clean, place was quiet. I felt safe and the location worked well for me. Decent price. I’d absolutely stay there again!

The exterior and public areas look a little run-down, but the room was surprisingly good. My big complaint is the lack of lighting in a very large room. It was like being in a cave. One dim overhead light and only two dim lamps on opposite corners of a large suite with a king and two queen beds.

It is a cute little Inn! The owners are super nice! Even when we came in so late. Room was clean! Love some of the old touches it has like the fireplace in the lobby and the wood around the doors. The only complaint is we could hear the neighbors, but that's cause a little kid fell out of the bed.

Every one was very friendly and prompt and great

It's a very nice older property. Easy walking distance to downtown, which was my most important attribute.

Had a good time was a nice place to stay at
