Highly recommended to business travellers. Good friend reception and working staff. Great place to say in.

The receptionist was coughing throughout check-in and wouldn’t make eye contact. Room was freezing. ‘Controller’ on the wall was fake: there’s no air conditioning to control. Room more like NHS accommodation than a hotel. I walked out….

The Hotel staff were not helpful and everytime we went to reception there was no one there. The rooms are dirty and definately need updating. The location is central. We wanted to eat and no one was in restaurant or reception. Tables were all dirty. From 0530am until 0630 am the occupant of the room above was stomping around the room continuously and kept me awake. We used the shower and there are no extractors or windows and it becomes unbearable in there. We had our day out and when returned no one had tidied our room, there where no tea or coffee making items. I had to go and ask a member of staff for all items we were missing and guess what no one at reception so I located a staff member in towel and bedding store. We didn't want to eat in restaurant so my partner asked for room service and was refused saying they only had two staff in kitchen. It's not cheap to stay at this place and definately not a good experience. Will not be returning.

Warning: the road outside the only entrance/ exit - FLOODS! We got caught over the weekend - Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March. Marooned. No pathway either to bypass WATER LANE. The staff at this hotel are real ‘troopers’. Green Flag saved the day for us. Others weren’t so lucky. Waiting for the council…and that was never happening at the weekend. Guest relations have said this flooding drama on both days does NOT trigger their ‘Good night sleep promise’. Thanks Premier Inn.

The Hotel was great. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean.We had everything we needed at the hotel and the staff was great. My main issue with the stay was the fact the showers filled with steam and we became light headed. There was no fan assisted vent or window in the bathroom meaning the steam became quite, overpowering.

The hotel was excellent for a family trip to Harry Potter World. Service, parking and breakfast was excellent. Comfy rooms that have everything you need. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.

5 minutes from the overground rail to London. Good parking. Comfortable beds. Warm and adequately furnished. Main issues- unannounced fire alarm test, dodgy shower door, dodgy plug socket, no ice at the bar (major crisis). Good things - Pillows, bed, bayliss and harding wash products, good cleaning staff.

By far the worst premier inn I've stayed in. Filthy, smelly and generally run down. Beds were horrendously uncomfortable. Very little food available at breakfast and no drinks at all. Don't be tempted by the location, there are much better budget hotels in the town. Definitely won't be returning.
