ザ イングルサイド ホテル(The Ingleside Hotel)

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Be aware that you will be charged a resort fee even though it’s not indicated on the trip website. We paid $15 excluding taxes, even though we didn’t make use of any amenities.

Smooth checkin and friendly staff for arriving at nearly 11pm. Everyone was very welcoming. Room was nice too. Stayed in the Presidential Suite. Had a surprisingly cool bathroom with a giant two headed shower and large soaking tub.

What a wild weekend. Stayed here during a power outage and the staff absolutely went above and beyond to make this a smooth and hospitable weekend despite the circumstances. It's made me a lifelong fan!

Front desk was great, room was nice, bed really comfy, bathroom nice and DiDi restaurant was good with well made drinks.

The room was fantastic! Spacious, clean, and newly renovated. The hotel restaurant left a little to be desired though. I ate breakfast there and although there was plenty of open tables, they staff was completely overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the few diners they did have. I thought that I'd try again for dinner later in my stay. I got there around 6:00 and the dining room wasn't even open. They did serve dinner at the bar, so I ordered the ribs. I would say they were mediocre at best.

The lady at the front desk was very hospitable and helped us with dinner ideas. We ended up staying to eat at the restaurant in the hotel and LOVED the food. Very pleasant experience. We only wished we had more time to explore the water park and the nearby hiking trail.

We stayed 2 nights and 3 days in the presidential suite. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom! The waterpark was perfect size for younger kids. Staff were friendly. My only complaint would be waterpark passes. Our hotel booking did not include waterpark access. We only wanted to visit the waterpark for one day versus the entire stay. Called the front desk to purchase a day pass and was told we can only utilize the waterpark until 4pm, versus 10pm for bookings that included waterpark access. This is frustrating since we were hotel guests. Please consider daily passes with full day access for your hotel guests.

The bar was the best part of this property. The food and service were wonderful. We had a one bedroom suite and when we walked in it smelled like animal pee and there were tons of stains on the carpeting. There was a spider living in the bathroom so it didn't look like the place had been cleaned in a long time.

Their restaurant was not good and expensive for the quality of the food. The shower had not been clean before our stay. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, but it was not anything special as they advertise; it's just larger. We have stayed in many places all over the world and thought we would be receiving quality services from the Ingleside, but didn't.
