The hotel was excellent, but because everything is done on line, there's no one at the hotel to deal with problems.
We had to leave our rooms at 11am but there was nowhere to leave our luggage. Also, the safe did not work, a light-bulb was flickering and a bath-towel was dirty, but there was no one to talk to.
This was a great shame because the whole experience was otherwise excellent.
