The key thing about this hotel is its location at 2 minutes walking distance from Wuma street, in the middle of the shopping district of Wenzhou and of the city itself. There is also a lot of restaurants for all budgets and tastes close by. The rooms are cosy and well decorated. The buffet breakfast is varied. But if you are staying many days, I recommend you to try the many places to eat close by, to vary your choices.

酒店地理位置優越，距離五馬街等景點步行可達，且出行方便，停車也還可以。酒店設施較簡陋，衞生細節不夠。房間煙味濃重，窗台上留有煙蒂，還好天氣適宜，所以一直開窗稍事緩解。隔音較差，周圍鄰居的廁所洗浴用水，走廊的吵鬧如在耳邊。早餐豐富，味道不錯。服務人員親切。
