Room was spacious and staff was friendly. The cleanliness could use some improvement as the kitchen area had a dirty stained sponge and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the rooms to the side and above you. Bed was comfortable, but it was hard to sleep because of the noise. Overall ok for a quick one night stay.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub was great after a long day. Good hot breakfast. People above us were making a bunch of noise and stomping around at 2am, but that isnt the hotels fault.

The hotel and staff were fantastic! The issue is it is right next an EXTREMELY loud bar. We may as well have been in the bar as we could hear every song clearly well into the wee hours of the morning. It’s not the fault of the host tell staff, and as I said, they were fantastic. But unfortunately, we will not be staying here again since we could not get any sleep without downloading and using very loud white noise apps. It really was unbelievable.

It was located in a great area easy to walk to several places to have fun and have some drinks.

The staff was very helpful infact they upgraded our room. Once we got to the room there were multiple things that were wrong, first off there room above us was very loud banging furniture i believe, second there was horrible odor something like sulfur, the water pressure was terrible and multiple loose hardware such as the faucet and the electrical outlet. We have stayed several times at this hotel and this is the first time we have had an experience like this

My only complaint was that the hotel stunk. Our first room smelled bad and so we asked for another room on a different floor. That room too smelled bad and it was a different odor. By that point we were tired and just dealt with it.

We love staying at Element. My only complaint is mold on the bottom of shower on the caulking in room 405. Great service and nice room.

It’s a nice hotel but if your looking to sleep at night your out of luck - the bars are so loud you can’t sleep until they close , if your wanting to walk to the 20 something bars it will be great - and I’ve been charged 3x for my room - still waiting for a refund - the hassle and noise makes it not worth the stay, they did say “sorry” lol. But nothing else to accommodate my sleepless night and triple billing…..that they are still holding hostage a week later….

Everything was wonderful until the next morning. I called down 3 times to get more towels and i never got any. I had to have surgery n couldnt even dry of or wash with the soap they give u!! I was pretty upset about that.
