I will definitely be booking here again when I make another trip to Galena. Nice hotel. Friendly staff and a great breakfast!

Went to Galena with 3 friends. What a great hotel, with the biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel, wonderful hot tub, great breakfast, and very very clean Big deck around one side and the back with a beautiful, quiet large lot including a pond. I cannot say enough about this place. Kudos to the young man who checked us in. He was so welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open on our 3 night stay, but he went in and got us whatever we needed. We ran out of beer he went in and we purchased 2 bottles from him.

All of the employees made our stay outstanding. I would recommend this to any one staying in Galena.

Property is fine but our room is almost above the check in desk and it is open space so worried about noise from people checking I. Late st night

We were looking for a weekend away from our busy lives! This was perfect. Check in was easy. Hot tub/ pool area was open late enough for us to enjoy after check in. Breakfast was great with many options. Hotel was an easy drive into downtown for shopping and sightseeing.

Wonderful amenities! Incredibly clean! Breakfast was good every morning. Great value! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We went for a weekend getaway and the hotel itself is lovely, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was okay and service was good. The kids running around is our biggest complaint. They have a nice pool area, but a family with 5 or 6 screaming kids took up the majority of the space and we didn’t spent more than 20 minutes in there. During breakfast, another family with 3 kids allowed their children to run and scream from the lobby back into the breakfast area. We were hoping because it’s a spa resort and for the price, there would be minimal families and more couples on weekend retreats. Would love to come back and enjoy this place but with all the screaming children we probably won’t.

Place was great, bath tub drain not working did let the staff know but it never was taken care of, other then that it was great experience, will stay there again..,

The original room we were supposed to stay in had a fireplace that would not work so they moved us to one of the newer suites. There was no soft flooring in there, and it did not have a very warm a**osphere. The couch was not comfortable at all. The bed was OK, better than the one we had when we stayed there a month ago. The new bathroom was very nice, but the shower did not drain very well. The room was fairly clean overall, but did have some debris here and there in the area of the refrigerator in the couch. The staff is very nice, the breakfast is a nice touch, and we have been staying at this hotel for several years. It would be nice if they threw a few area rugs in those rooms that have the hard flooring to make them a little warmer. Overall, we do enjoy staying at this hotel as they have been making improvements over the last few years.
