I have stayed at this property about 5 times before this stay. The upkeep of the room has significantly declined. The phone did not work, the door to the minibar was broken and you couldn’t open the minibar fridge. Additionally, the comforter had a stain on it. Also tried to reach the front desk for about 10 minutes and nobody answered. Also quality of in-room dining food was not what I would expect for this caliber of hotel. Overall a disappointing stay. On the good side, dinner at Merois was excellent and the service was outstanding.
