La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

It was a short stay but well rested very clean and close by to a lot of shopping center

It’s an average place, what you would expect from an average or below average place. nothing fancy.

Lights in the bathroom did not work. The only way to get any light in the bathroom was to leave the door open and let light in from the room

Booked this because it says they have an airport shuttle and free breakfast. The shuttle took 40 minutes to arrive and when leaving they don’t run until 10:30-5pm. What’s the point when most flights leave early. The hotel is run down and smelly. We paid $150 for the night, should have been closer to $50. Garbage.

A much older hotel, definitely in need of not only general upkeep but a complete renovation. The front desk staff at check in was very friendly but it was quite concerning to find out there were homeless camped out in the parking lot on discarded mattresses from the hotel after I went out to the vehicle by myself at night. The pillows were atrocious and the bathroom was unkempt with dirty floors and overflowing trash cans in the hallways. The “free breakfast” consisted of a make your own pancake and cold hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator. Sadly, not one of La Quinta’s finest.

It was terrible, the hallways were freezing cold, not just cool but very cold. Very noisy hotel, doors constantly banging shut, very tiny rooms very deceiving from pictures.Dirty sheets, sink in the room not bathroom??Lane breakfast, never would I ever stay ther again or any other La Quinta based on my experience!

Staff was awesome, clean rooms and decent location. Only problem we had was being in a family suite the sofa sleeper was crappy that’s our only complaint

The staff were very helpful and the location very convenient. However, the property is below average for La Quinta in terms of room standards, especially the grubby carpeting, and I felt the room was over-priced. Finally the shower water temperature was very tepid and not hot at all, despite taking a shower at 7.00 AM. I notified the front desk staff about this problem before checking-out.
