ザッペイオン アパートメンツ(Zappeion Apartments)

The property itself was very good and parking underneath made it easy. The kitchen was good except for the oven not working. Also the front door was pretty hard to close without slamming.

The receptionist was far to busy speaking in a foreign language to her friends to fail to tell me when the bond was going back into my account and made me feel rushed out and like she couldn’t be bothered. When entering the property the carpets were absolutely filthy along with the dovet that had yellow stains on it, there was a loud on off droning noise coming from the balcony right next to the bedroom window, let us have all but four hours sleep. The water in the shower was absolutely freezing.To pay over $250 for one night for this is absolutely atrocious and we won’t be going back or recommending anyone else to go.

Apar**ent is spacious and well laid out, including a laundry. Beds very comfortable but rollaway bed hard as rock. Great kitchen and tv area, though couch is old and needs replacement. Lovely modern, clean bathroom. Fan did not work though so gets very steamy. Patio area would be nice if it was clean and tidy, but it needs attention, and has old pieces of scrap timber in the garden. The bedroom window does not close properly, posing a security risk on the ground floor. Parking is unnecessarily expensive, there would be enough free parking for all guests if two/three of the bays were not occupied by all the cleaning and maintenance materials. Reception staff need to pay more attention to booking requests, as mine were obviously not properly read. Also the attika hotel needs a key drop box for before hours check outs. A few things could have made this good stay into a great one.

You check in at one place, then have to walk 500 metres+ to the actual apar**ents. Apar**ent floors are pretty dirty. Lift didn't work - good luck if you're on the fourth floor.

Be aware that if your room keycard should not work for any reason, it's a 650m walk to the reception at the Attika Hotel.

The staff did not comunicate with each other there was no mop,broom or bucket to clean the apar**ent

The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My only complaint with my room (room 003) was that the reading lamp alongside the bed did not work, the handbasin in the bathroom took a LONG time to drain, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard needed a good clean. (One is now very clean - I washed it) Housekeeping should check these every day.

Loved the location, super convenient to Northbridge restaurants and bars. We arrived after hours and the instructions were easy to follow. Only downside was no sachets of milk for an evening cuppa or morning coffee… but excellent options 400m away!! Would recommend!!

Ccurrenly undergoing much needed upgrading and renovation. Poorly equipped sitting room, balcony and kitchen, cuttlery and china/glasses missmatched and poor IKEA standard. Carpets stained and dirty in halls and apt. Door to room faulty and difficult to open and close, cleaning staff left open accidently on two occasions. Security same absent. Poorly cleaned and maintained but hopoefullywilll improve after renovations.
