Nice hot breakfast

The staff is so friendly...they alwasys have a smile when you come in they are so welcoming. We were there previously on my birthday and they surprised me with a bag full of goodies...popcorn,candy, drinks. And placed it in front of the TV so when we walked in it would be hard to miss...This time the seal on the refrigerator was broken and they immediately moved us into a new room once we notified them..I love staying here.

Overall our stay was great. The only thing that was not great was the treatment before we left. They offer a free breakfast which is a perk that I really enjoy as a mother of two kids traveling. So we woke up, packed up our stuff and began loading some it into the car, then went back inside to eat before going upstairs to get the rest of our stuff. I guess leaving through the side door and re-entering in the front caused the front desk girl to think we were stealing. She gave us the nastiest looks as we got our food. Finally my husband went to ask her if there was a straw available and she had enough and demanded proof we were staying there. He provided the room number, she demanded ID to verify the last name on the room. He even flashed her the key. She was still giving us the stink eye even after he proved we stayed the night. Totally weird. Not sure if this is a normal thing for Utah - families going to hotels to steal free breakfast - or what. But the hotel was nice, the pool was great and the rooms were extremely clean. Everyone except that morning receptionist was a pleasure to encounter.

Great location ! When asking for pillows , staff wasn’t that friendly when we asked for pillows, no additional pillows for the fold out couch. Otherwise stay was good, ice machines didn’t always work.

Very pleased with the service and room. Hot tub water was yellow, and the ice machine was out.

We LOVED this hotel. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was hot with lots of choices. Did I mention the shower made us feel like we went to the spa. Amazing hotel will stay here again.

Front desk staff that checked me in was rude. Informed me they can not accept cash for the room even though I was more than willing to leave a credit card for any incidentals. She basically ignored me after I told her that should be listed on their website. The hotel and rooms were in good repair and for the most part clean. I did find a bowl of guacamole in the fridge. I did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they appeared to be nice and working

We stayed here overnight. The entire floor we stayed on was covered in dirty towels and trash throughout the entire hallway. At the elevators where the garbage cans were, the entire floor was covered in peoples dirty trash. I would never stay at this hotel again.
