 Unexpected amenities, thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation my first time at this chain, it’s not like an apartment is it like a all suite Hotel. Everything was great with the stain. How do I known it is Vance everything that I had I would’ve stopped at the grocery store and bought some food first and they take dogs which was a really big plus for me you got your moneys worth I’d recommend staying here Location is right in the middle of it all.

They overbooked the rooms. We had a short window to get to a concert and when we checked in with 4 people were told they had no rooms left that would accommodate us. Told me it was because we did not pre-pay for the room and purchased it through a third party. Yet when I booked through Travelocity there was the option to pay at property. Said they could cancel reservation. When I told them that was not satisfactory, and continued to push the issue, they finally gave in and gave us two rooms with single beds for the same price. This should have been offered from the start. All the back and forth made us late to the concert. The only reason I booked here was to be within walking distance of the venue. That did work nicely. Lots of construction going on around hotel.

I did not get the 2 queen beds I reserved. We had to share 1 queen bed. The hallway has a musty smell. The sample shampoo and conditioner provided had a sliminess to them like someone had used already. The lady at check in was not very friendly.

45 min wait to check in. Someone tried getting into our room in the middle of the night. Walls thin and could hear everything around us. Great proximity to hockey game was the biggest plus.

Nice hotel with great amenities for the price. Clean room comfy bed. Construction next door was inconvenient but not noisy.

After I paid $180 me and the lady at the front desk had an argument and she kicked me out and kept my money trying to tell me I snuck my dogs in when I paid for them that's why it was $180 40 of it was my pet deposit and I still yet to hear anything from this corporation so hopefully we can get that resolved and I can get my money back because she shouldn't be allowed to take people's money and then kick them out right after she took their money we're not recommend staying here to anybody

It was so clean, and the beds were so so comfortable, the staff were not very friendly though

Hotel, rooms, and property are well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. They accept pets but there is no green space around the hotel except very small patches of grass right up against the hotel but they do provide poop bags. Rooms are suites with full kitchens but there are absolutely no dishes, cutlery, pots etc.
