4泊したのに2日連続で掃除もせず、フェルトクロスを交換したり、使用済みの濡れタオルを干したりしただけが2回連続でした。 ！ ！ フロントに行ったら、掃除はしていないと言われ、掃除不要の札まで作られました。新しいタオルを持ってくるだけとお願いしましたが、態度はさらに悪くなり、今は忙しいので後で話しますか？ ? 昼間のフロントの男の子は誠意を持って謝りましたが何も変わらず、謝りながらミスを繰り返し、客離れをするばかりでした。

ショッピングモールやチェーン店が多く、徒歩で色々まわれます。治安はとてもよく感じた。この辺りを走っているOCバスも安全でした。 施設は広くて快適。Wi-Fiが600Mでてました。スタッフの対応は良かったのですがデポジットを特に何のアナウンスもなくカードで200ドルとられました。きちんと伝えて欲しいです。

うるさい - 夜遅くまで起きていて、その後早起きしている多くの人がそこに滞在しているため、周囲は騒音がたくさんあります。そこに主要道路が通っていることも加味すると、眠れなくなることもある。マネージャーが私をチェックインする代わりに、彼女の友人の一人と電話で話すために10分間私を無視したことも役に立ちませんでした。

Our stay was for 3 nights visiting our son in southern CA. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, had a fridge but no microwave which was a bummer because we had brought our leftovers from take out. The bathtub had some hair in it and the towel holder bar wanted to come off every time you pulled the towel off, no biggie. Our biggest complaint would be that you could hear every little noise/footsteps from the room upstairs!! The base floor creaked like crazy! The hotel is a little older but still in decent shape. The price was right so if we ever stay there again (not likely), we will request a second floor room if possible!!

I like the area, it was quite, you didn't hear the noise of the cars going by. Stores were near by if you had to run and grab some milk, movies 2 blocks away. Everything was convenient to the hotel.

Great location, easy in and out and close to freeway. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Great coffee and breakfast, make your own waffles!! Will stay again when we visit the area.

I liked that it was in a convenient location. I didn’t like that the room looked dirty and there were ants in the room.

It was a okay stay. My room smell dusty and dingy. I had to air it out. The repair on the ceiling was pretty obvious. I gave it a 3 star. But

Place is very well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with basics like egg, sausage and danish. Only issue was the window is single pane so i could hear outside noise some.

It met my needs, close to the airport, clean room and was able to get a good nights rest. Plenty of places to eat which were close by. Able to walk to them if you want to.

Only thing that didn’t make it a 5 star id the rim I received floor was wetfrom previous burst. The hotel did do their best to dry it out prior to my arrival.

Good breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, coffee and juice, ... The coffee tasted good. Our room and bed were clean. Friendly staff. We will come back to stay again, next time when we are in the area.
