Nice comfortable place to stay. Breakfast nice!

Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable bed however our room was crazy noisy. Could hear the traffic from the road as the windows were really poor quality plus from about 5am onwards we couldn’t sleep at all. You can hear people slamming doors (our bathroom door wouldn’t shut and I’m assuming other people had the same problem) could also hear peoples power showers and I could hear someone actually going to the toilet also. Very thin walls. Maybe other rooms are quieter. I would pay a little extra somewhere else and get a decent sleep.

Highlea House guest house is a place I would recommend to anyone, especially those with pets! Judith and Scott were so welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay memorable! Even my guide dog loved it here. Breakfast was probably the best I have been offered in any hotel I've stayed in and gave us a really great start every day! A truly lovely place to stay and Weston-super-Mare itself was very beautiful and freindly! A must visit. We will be back ASAP! 😁😁😁

We had a wonderful weekend stay here! Our room was clean and cosy, decorated with a lovely nautical theme. Our bed was comfortable and we had a coffee maker, teas, fresh water etc. Scott was very friendly and easily contactable with any queries. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered the option of having it delivered to our room! Really convenient location, a 5 minute walk to the marine lake or the beach. Although there was no on-site parking there was street parking or a public car park within spitting distance. I'd definitely be happy to return again, thank you!

This was our 2nd Visit to Highlea House and we cannot fault it in anyway. The place is so relaxed and great rooms. It is so near the Beaches and dog friendly. Also the breakfast is the best!! What a fantastic b&b. The place is excellent and the hosts, Scott and Judith, are very friendly. The room was spotless, breakfasts superb and as we stayed for a week, we were given fresh linen halfway through. It’s in a great location and had everything we needed for a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and they shared their local knowledge to enhance our holiday. The local pub ( the Criterion) is within staggering distance and is full of friendly staff and locals. The bed was comfy, shower was easy to use and we were provided with fresh towels, coffee, tea etc each day. Scott and Judith were absolutely delightful and the perfect hosts. We are so looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

The owners were very welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the guest house was fantastic, less than a minute walk to the beach. You can see this from my photo’s. Near all amenities, plenty of places to eat and drink near. Free Breakfast with your stay, which was delicious. I would definitely go back again if we visit Weston!!

The first night in over 3 months that I have slept a full night without waking up. The bed & pillows were comfortable & clean. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh & delicious. The location was ideal & parking was available. We were allowed to drop off our luggage in the morning & when we returned they were in our room. The water was hot in the morning & evening for a shower. There was plenty of tea bags.coffee & bottled water. I would definitely return again. Scott and his team were very friendly. Thank you.

Totally grim! Everything in the room was dirty and thick with dust and scum! The skirting boards and plugs were covered in dust! Particles of food where by the side of the bed. The kettle was that thick of dirt it couldn't be used
