The hotel's renovation proceeds well, with the vast majority of the building looking very smart with excellent facilities. I had to point out to the hotel, as is the case in many hotels globally, that changes in facilities and policies leave all textual information (eg. the online guide, menus, notices etc) out of date. I read the small print and asked for everything it promised but was not present. I asked for the missing sofa bed, safe, bathrobes, chocolates etc. The staff work tirelessly but are short handed for the task. While I was there new staff were being hired so all these matters are being addressed. I am indebted to duty manger Raj KC who went above and beyond in helping me cope with my problems, as an elderly man with fading eyesight and hearing, and medical challenges typical of my age group in Britain, in sending a 30 kilogram item I bought to the North West. I very much appreciated his advice and assistance and wish him all the best in his future career.

The hotels is served by friendly staff who are always welcome and helpful. Especially Elizabeth, Anthony, Kinga on the bar. The front desk Raj and George. Nicki and Sandra on breakfast is alway happy to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a good size.

This hotel is the best ING hotels I have stayed in all staff are very polite helpful & friendly, I cannot speak too highly of the reception staff both Philip & George made myself & my husband feel extremely welcome nothing was too much trouble for them. I am disabled & the rooms we have stayed in are always spotless comfortable & large

My wife and I stayed for two nights as we were attending a wedding locally. Everything about the stay impressed us, from the staff welcoming us through to the breakfast on the final morning. The duty manager, Raj, asked to be mentioned in the review, so Raj, thank you and your staff. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the room was wonderfully quiet. We very much recommend this hotel, and it is just a shame that it is too close to us that we will struggle to find excuses to stay again.

Had a lovely experience this morning at breakfast and was served by a lovely girl called Sky. Total credit to the team. The room was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome.

Lovely and clean. The kids were imprest as soon as we walked in. Friendly reception and booked in with ease. Evening meal was lovely with and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Great hotel, great staff especially Elizabeth behind the bar she was so friendly and lovely. Also anthony in the restaurant was great. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Super-friendly staff. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast ar a very affordable price. Would definitely consider this hotel again for future trips.
