The apartment was beautifully appointed and perfectly maintained with good block out curtains, no noise from other occupants, and contained a complete range of appliances and facilities to make out stay an enjoyable and hassle-free experience. The landscaping of the resort ensures there is no street noise. Extra marks for having a tea pot and milk jug! I enjoyed the artfully landscaped pool and lush tropical plants that cocooned me away from the world. On the third floor we were well positioned on our balcony to enjoy visits from the native birds. Kimberly and her team made us feel so very welcome and they certainly know how to make a perfect cup of coffee! We felt personally welcomed into their home. My husband and I made frequent use of the well-appointed gym. The extensive security and resort policy aimed at preventing rowdy behaviour ensured our visit was peaceful and uneventful.

Really beautiful room. The pool area is gorgeous. And nothing was too much trouble for the lovely reception staff. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone needing accommodation in Cairns. Thank you so much!

When we checked in on the 6th Jan-11am receptionist came across rude. Never shown us a map of where our room was, and never went through amenities just gave us keys and pointed to left direction. Being wyndham club owners not impressed at all. Missing bar soap and hand cream. Rooms were clean, if you don't have a car using public transport bus cash only. Bus stop 5 min walk and pretty frequent. Carolyn had booked our Fitzroy Island experience. Excellent customer service from her left the receipt and brochure in our hotel room. When checking out she asked about our stay. Explained about the Fitzroy Island reservations were disorganised. Pool is beautiful. This is the 2nd time stayed here. 1st time was a better and friendly experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as owners we’re always filled with trepidation first time at a resort, however we were filled with gasps on entering our apartment. Spacious clean well orientation of the rooms super super fancy. Probably sleep 6-8 easily QS bed,two single beds,two sofa beds. The place was huge, washing machine & dryer. Great kitchen with dishwasher. However we were on the second floor and there are no lifts. Great gym & swimming pool. Staff are so accommodating and helpful. Don’t want to dwell on the negatives just minor things, 1) no lift 2) 10-15 minutes from Esplanade where all the restaurant are etc. 3) No restaurant downstairs but you can order toasties, etc. Cairns has many attractions: Kuranda Scenic Rail Skyrail Hartleys Crocodile Adventures Port Douglas Cape Tribulation Daintree Forest Definitely returning. Disappointing. This is one of those places where the little things say a lot about how it is managed…… * Fan in the bedroom ticks * No Netflix or streaming platforms and the Foxtel subscription is limited. * Gym is open 9am - 6pm only. How does that work for tourists who are out and about doing things during the day? When I asked why I was told their insurance doesn’t cover outside hours when the office is staffed. Bull*%#£. 24/7 gyms are open everywhere and are not staffed 24/7. It just feels like no one cares about this place or it’s guests. It’s also out in the middle of nowhere in a pretty unattractive location.

We enjoyed 10 days at Trinity as part of our timeshare ownership. We had a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious and was well provisioned with cooking equipment. We were on the 3rd floor and could choose to use either the stairs or lift. Laundry was only a couple of doors along the corridor. The pool was a real delight and was well shaded for most of the day to escape too much sun. You do need a car. We drove to Cape tribulation one day, Mosman gorge another and enjoyed the delicious restaurants around town. Salsa was a highlight with Sangria and paella - only choose the small size as it is adequate for 2! The Tin shed is a great location, but further along the same road you will find the local yacht club. A smaller menu but still good fun. An early morning start is to buy prawns from the trawler at the public wharf. You will know if they are in town as there will be signs everywhere. Eating at the Resort is an option. We had several dinners there and enjoyed coffee most mornings reading the local paper to catch up on local events. A great holiday for children, and the pool is big enough for room for all - even a swim up bar. A very relaxing and enjoyable time.

This place looked wonderful, but it ended up being one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. I have asthma and saw on *********** that they had non-smoking rooms, however, what I experienced was very disappointing. I couldn’t breath properly the entire time I stayed there due to second-hand smoke from other guests/residents (?) coming onto my balcony and into the unit. I would think there would be some rule or something to stop cigarette smokers from smoking right outside their apartment and effecting everyone else, especially for people like myself. I wish I could say I had a nice experience, but the smoking effected my entire stay. :((

Big apartment, plenty of room, nice balcony, well stocked kitchen utensils,etc. Nice to have pool towels. Pool rather cold, spa big and perfect Lush grounds, well maintained and clean Pillows all need to be thrown out, hard, lumpy, awful.

Way out of town in an industrial park - dreadful location - you need to drive 6km to get a coffee you can actually drink. The property is at the end of an industrial park and cut off from any facilities by a motorway. Other than the pool none of the advertised in house facilities were available as reception was closed due to a “public holiday”!!
