Last minute booking. Wonderful hosts, very clean room, comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Swimming beach right across the street. Beautiful walk down the beach to shops and restaurants for dinner. Everything is fairly close and easy to access.

The location of this property was perfect as we don’t want to drive further away after our tour. Parking though adequate is a bit tight, there’s not much space to manoeuvre especially when driving out. Also there is no lock in the toilet so we had to find a way how to make the door stay shut.

Look it’s a motel, it has the basics. It’s located on the north side of Whitianga in a quiet end of town on the main road. There are no views as your behind the front building, but that also means no noise from traffic. The beds are comfy enough, place was clean and was a nice stay

We stayed there only one night, the motel is good to live in. There was bit noise came from upstairs resident. Has provided mostly required facilities to live in buy SKY TV has only few channels to watch, no movie channel or apps facility was available on that TV to watch (Netflix or Prime). Need to upgrade.

Clean and comfortable. Nice 35 minute walk to town along the beach. Owner was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night (Wish we would have stayed longer) and throughly enjoyed our accommodations and getting to know Warren. Everything you could need was provided in the unit. We regret the property is for sale but know retirement is a Great thing and wish Warren and Robyn the best. Mam and Albert
