ウィドネスのバー付きホテル

I stayed here around the Christmas time for a few days before staying with family. Checked in fine and the rooms are standard good quality expected from Travelodge. The staff were amazing. I spent most of my time at my family's but would return, often late, to the hotel to sleep. One night worker, Charlotte, was especially nice with a warm welcome and helpful manner. I am not local but asked her if she knew the area and asked for advice on what to do as I am not a local. She was extremely helpful and had a lot of time for not just myself, but others. The general mood of the hotel was upbeat and nice and I would definitely stay again

The staff are cheerful and helpful. They will do their best to sort out any problem or question you may have. However when we visited 29th Sept. to 1st October work was beginning on a new dining room. This had little effect on us but may be something to think about if you are going in the next few weeks. When that has been done they should continue on and refurbish the outside of the building as it is looking quite shabby now also some of the rooms although very clean and tidy with good facilities could also do with a facelift. Perhaps I am being a bit harsh, but I have stayed here 4 or 5 times before and had no complaints at all.

Came to a family party close by so this hotel was very convenient - in walking distance. Reading some of the reviews I was a little worried what Hillcrest would be like but honestly I would stay here again. The reception area was clean and tidy as was the bar and restaurant. Check in was efficient and all staff and other guests very friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy with a good selection of towels, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. Beds were comfortable and the hotel and surrounding area quiet to allow for a good night’s sleep. For a couple of nights for a visit to the area I would stay here again
