ワイルドウッド イン、 トラベロッジ バイ ウィンダム(Wildwood Inn, a Travelodge by Wyndham)

The Wildwood Inn is under construction and I was not informed prior to arriving. When I arrived they put me up in there sister property The Waves and it was a beautiful property. However, there was no insulation to the walls or ceiling! I heard every noise in the rooms above and next door, which made for a loud night! But the room was beautiful and the bathroom shower was gorgeous! I do feel that I should have been notified of the construction!

It was a great trip and the room was great. Clean nice and great staff. I will definitely be back

We had ants everywhere and a few of the towels had makeup stains. There was also an AC and a lamp in the room but 0 outlets anywhere along the walls to plug them into. The bathroom outlet didn’t work either. You get what you pay for

Rooms were clean but the common areas were in need of cleaning and repair. Hallways were hot and the ice machine was dirty.

Was not what expected staff was good but there was no elevator and we had to walk 4 floors with a baby and luggage not a fun experience

Seemed nice walking into the room, laid down to take a quick nap lifted the pillow a bed bug was crawling over it. Started looking at the edge of the bedsheets there was blood on the edges clear indication of bedbug infestation moved the bed sure enough bedbugs. Went on the other bed same thing was disgusted. Called around different hotels in the area no availability for the day of. Reason I booked this hotel was due to the poor quality of the others in the surrounding areas ran to Walmart purchase an air bed. Could not sleep for that night at all you can hear throughout the night was the water pipes running as if someone was constantly flushing or water burst. Overall would never do it again next year probably just stay in cape may and drive in.

There was not much to like about this stay. The motel / Inn overbooked reservations, which left no parking for me and my daughter. Then, showering in the morning we learned there were no washcloths in our room. My daughter wanted to watch tv, while I showered..... the television only showed a bouncing icon that read: "LG No Signal". Finally, there was no telephone in the room Upon checkout i questioned the no washcloths and the tv not working. The clerk then stated "oh, you have to come to the front desk for the washcloths and that the clerk would have to come to the room to pair the tv to the service." None of this was common knowledge. I learned my lesson, never again. NEVER I wasted $193 for this experience.

Things started downhill from the moment I got there. First I was told that there was a $15 service fee on top of what I had already paid. When I asked what the fee was for, they said $5 was for parking and that the other $10 was for using their towels and toilet paper. Well there parking lot was full and I had to park on the street, so that parking fee was straight up theft. And I have never heard of a hotel charging for towels and toilet paper (which I didn't even use). The room was also crazy hot because the air conditioner wasn't turned on. Turning on to its lowest setting didn't improve things much. Plus the sheets were dirty and the walls were paper thin, so I could hear everything in the rooms around me. I only stayed here as a convenience for business, but next time I'll just go home. A waste of money and that $15 hidden charge is pure theft. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We had an amazing time. Wildwood inn felt like home with a pool table and back deck. We plan on coming back for sure!!
