これは。。。でした。改装中も快適な滞在クリーンルーム

Very clean hotel from the lobby to the shower. Very attentive staff, comfortable beds not memory foam but decent. Indoor pool wasnt heated so don't expect to hop in during fall and winter.

From the initial greeting checking in to our pending departure, this stay at HI Express has been great. - Great check in process - Awesome staff - Excellent “Free” breakfast with an great selection of food and beverages - Pool and Spa, open to 11pm did wonders on the body to relax after a a day in Williamsburg - Many attractions and dining spots within walking distance

Terrible stay, booked a king and the elevators weren’t working on that floor, received double room instead. room wreaked of bleach, had a senior high school trip with a 100 kids hanging out in the hallway (requested a room away from that and ended up on the same floor) and ding dong ditching my door. I wasn’t even there 10 minutes before checking out and the manager refused a refund. Look elsewhere

Excellent service. The beds are comfortable. Spacious room. The breakfast is alright. Employees are kind and willing to help with our needs. Just a few things that aren’t the most important but we consider it would help if it’s corrected. The bathtub was scratched.There was cereal in the floor when we arrived to the room. One of the sheets had a stain. Regardless of these little details, we will be staying here again.

Hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. However the shower needed work. Water dripped all night and in the morning I found the water was scalding hot only and no adjustment.

First room we were assigned was very nice. We’ve stayed here before. Upon arrival to that room we became aware of a large number of very rowdy youngsters. We asked to change floors. Second room smaller but better shower and blissfully quiet.

Convenient location. Pool and fitness center in good condition. Bunch of dinner options around.

Tony at checkin was fantastic. he is a definite positive asset to the IHG Hotel family

The doors slam when they are closed, so that is a lot of noise when you are sleep.

Everything was perfect (except the AC didn’t really cool the room which is odd as the temperatures outside were around high 40’s low 50’s). Highly recommend, would stay again, but would bring a fan for white noise AC was also quite 🙃

There was a Soccer event going on locally. There were several teams of youths, girls, elementary school aged, running up and down the hallways. Some were well behaved and others not. Navigating free breakfast and hallways wasnt so easy. We were on the 2nd floor no kids there. I heard that the 3rd floor people werent so lucky. We also had one roach appear in our room which makes me paranoid bringing suitcases home. No extra pillows upon request.

This was our second stay here. It has become our favorite in Williamsburg. We come down several times a year and other properties have really let us down. We took a chance on this one and we were not disappointed. The staff is so nice and helpful, thank you to Taylor at the front desk. The breakfast is great and well stocked. The rooms are very clean. This hotel is close to everything in Williamsburg. We will stay here again for sure.
