ザ コロニーズ アット ウィリアムズバーグ(The Colonies at Williamsburg)

This property was well maintained. However, there were some "dated" decor and older carpet in the hallway going to the unit, but the office area and pool were really nice. We would stay here again if in the area.

Staff HORRIBLE and Rooms are DIRTY... We been staying at the Colonies for 10 years and this place is HORRIBLE.... I would rather stay at Greensprings

This was our first time staying here, we usually stay at Vacation Village but wanted to try something new. The room was clean, roomy and comfy. Enjoyed the table and the chairs on the balcony and even the fireplace since it was cooler. On that note, we didn't check out out the pool. haha Our only dislike was only being able to park one car at the unit and the other at the overflow. But that won't discourage us to stay there again.

Unit was clean, desk staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best resorts that we have stayed that was clean private and friendly staff.

We had a great time here! The amenities were great and the unit had plenty of space and everything we needed. The staff was friendly and my daughter enjoyed checking out a DVD.

Easy and fun for the whole family! Pool and game room, full kitchen, nearby attractions and outlet shopping, and wildlife outside. We saw deer and a coyote in the field behind our building!

Great property for a weekend stay or longer. Nice amenities for prepping your own food. Common appliances available. Only thing I wish was heavier comforter on beds. And usb ports along with access to streaming services. Otherwise will definitely stay again.

We came in early November and loved the indoor pool and the cheese making class. Would have loved to see a better outdoor playground and more Times to rent outdoor equipment (only Friday and Saturday). Our apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The property is located close to the outlets, grocery store and many wonderful restaurants.
