アロフト ウィルミントン アット コーストライン センター(Aloft Wilmington at Coastline Center)

Great place to stay for downtown Wilmington events, close to river and we could see the USS North Carolina Batteship from Room window. Parking isn’t the best due to space but it’s feasible. Very clean and modern rooms. We had no problems at all during our two night stay.

Check in process was not smooth due to room keys not programming correctly at check in. We were sent upstairs to “try” the key which of course didn’t work. The hotel staff was very kind about it and came up to let us into the room until keys could be programmed. The major disappoin**ent was our room. It had 2 doubles which is perfect for family traveling, but the glass shower is front and center with a view from every direction within the room and from the exterior hallway. Not a family friendly stay.

Great location. Very friendly staff. She allowed me to check In earlier than 4 which helped a lot. Cute decor!

We reserved a king bed but was given a queen which made it uncomfortable for us and the small dogs.

Floors in hotel room were sticky and the room had an odd smell. It smelled like cleaning chemicals mixed with dirty water that they used to clean. Disappointed in the size of the room as pictures were deceiving. Great location though and friendly staff except for the cafe. Note that cash is not accepted at coffee shop or snack stand. Does not have an actual restaurant on site.

Enjoyable stay. Visited the convention center right next door and was very convenient to walk to and from. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee bar and breakfast sandwiches were fantastic. Was not super impressed with the rooftop bar, but drinks and food were good.

Great location and some of the rooms are excellent. Others lack in cleanliness. Last week I had a super clean and comfy room, this time the bathroom wasn’t clean and some of the pillow cases had not been changed.

Facility was upscale and common meeting areas were clean and inviting for spending time outside the room. The area around the hotel is very walkable for exercising and casual walking, with lots of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. The aView on the 7th offered a nice sunset view. The staff was clearly well coached because everyone we met from the check-in desk, to the cleaning staff, to the bar staff, to the security people were friendly and knowledge about the hotel.

Prime location. Friendly staff. Hotel is in amazing condition. Only thing to be aware of is parking is tight and limited.
