our room wasn’t ready for about an 1 hr 1/2 till after we got here and we need to get ready for a party at the hotel and we had to carry our luggage all around the place and was unable to get ready in our room for the event.

Great hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location central location, close to theatre, museum etc. Only one problem was hot water was not always hot. Would be great if a/c heating unit was not so loud.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was parking at the parking garage next door was iffy. The hotel provided tickets to get in and out but they didn't always work.

Monica was the best hostess! She went out her way to be friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and clean.

From the location to all the staff this hotel was amazing! Food was delicious! Being my family and I don’t eat pork, there was other options which all hotels should do this!

The hotel was nice and comfortable, but I thought the front desk was great. Very friendly!

Just difficult to park anywhere and walk back to the hotel safely. Staff a tad bit unprofessional but still nice, music in the hotel was blaring, I couldn’t hear them very well at the desk, and the room was not completely cleaned. Some random specs and coins and stuff left on the floor and so on.

The bartender working last night was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and professional. The front desk clerk at check out was also helpful. Excellent staff!

The stay was cool , i didnt like the fact that there was no microwave in the room.

We are already paying for a hotel and then we got tons of additional charges. Breakfast is a buffet which their eggs were dry, they ran out of gravy, and they had a very limited selection. I asked if I could take the food on my plate with me and they stated I couldn’t. They charged us $18 per plate which was crazy because I barely ate anything.

Good condition, clean and the warm chocolate chip cookies are always great! Restaurant on site was good. As stated on past reviews, parking can be an issue. The free parking around the bldg fills early. We got there aftet 6 pm and had to park in garage. 8 bucks is cheap and your car is inside. Covered walked to and from the garage makes it easy.

Then entire hotel itself was great. Was a great stay. Few areas for improvement: .Free breakfast (however the hotel is well priced) .there was green algae around the peremeter of the pool .price of drinks at the bar are extremely overpriced. My one drink was $16 w/o a tip
