キャッスル ホテル ウィンザー(Castle Hotel Windsor)

このホテルは私の予想を超えています！最初は、2005年にオープンしたCtrip.comの紹介を読んで、古いホテルがとても心配でした。その結果、とても綺麗なガーデンスタイルのホテルにたどり着きました。毎日ホテルのロビーに座って仕事をするのが好きで、とても快適です。私自身、海外での生活に対する高い要求があります。このホテルは私の期待に応えます。ホテルのスタッフは素晴らしく、申し分のないものです。ホテルの場所はウィンザー城から30メートル以内です。女王と隣人になるための費用もそれほど高くありません。高い。次回ウィンザーに親戚や友人がいるなら、この美しい景色のパビリオンを絶対にお勧めします！私がロビーで働いていたとき、時々サービススタッフが私が何を飲む必要があるかを私に尋ねに来ました、そしてそれはまだ無料でした、驚き！ふふ〜

素晴らしい滞在でした！サービスは素晴らしく、スタッフは本当に一歩進んだ。私たちの部屋はきれいでとてもリラックスしていて、私がおそらく持っていたかもしれない最高の夜の睡眠でした。また予約するのが待ちきれません。

Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely a**osphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this

Excellent location and a nice, clean room. The restaurant has great food and is decorated so pretty. I highly recommend this hotel!

We booked via Trip and ended up with a room that didn’t exist. I rang the day before to check everything was okay with our booking and unfortunately this led to us being downgraded to a room we could barely get into it was so crowded. We were told to recoup costs via Trip, when I said this wasn’t acceptable to me the hotel sorted it out for us. Upgrading us for the next night and being very generous with supplements. Although this was a bit frustrating I felt they did what they could. The service was great at the hotel desk and the waitress was so lovely on Saturday night. Nothing was too much and the rooms were warm and snuggly. Bathrooms well specced and the food delicious. It was a busy weekend but there was a real sense of the hotel staff working together and like a swan, peddling hard underneath but smile and calm on top. Thank you for showing how hotel service can be ❤️

The service was good and friendly, I traveled with two sons 4 and 8 years old, the hotel didn’t charge for the extra bed and breakfast, I was grateful. The breakfast was superb delicious! The room was clean and decent size, and the bathroom was new furnished, but no bathtub😅 The location is great, easy to access to many restaurants also the Windsor castle. I will definitely comeback.

Great central location. Lovely breakfast and quality tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Comfortable bed.

The hotel room is clean, but window view is not so good. It is looking at parking space. Breakfast is nice, and restaurant looks luxury style. We are happy to have breakfast in this restaurant. Therefore, we came back have afternoon tea in the Leaf restaurant again. The kids tea set so unique, it is specially have fun for my child. We love it.
