挺好的，不錯～

Room was clean overall, small upgrades needed but still comfortable for my 3-night stay. Very walkable to many restaurants, bars and forks.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean property, fresh items when needed. Great location.

Nice place to stay when attending an event at the Canada Life Centre. Friendly staff, clean, big room, nice breakfast. Staff were great and even put out hot water for tea or hot chocolate for when people game back from the hockey game. Dislike extra charge for kids over 11 as they are considered adults (usually over 17 or that’s how it is anywhere else we’ve travelled), the extra charge for parking and also when we got there found out pool and hot tub were out of service until further notice. Would have been nice to know ahead of time as that was a draw for the family to that hotel. No discount or anything for this.

Room was great. Just slept there and left in the morning. Parking was tight and had to park across the street. No biggie but you may have to.

Liked the location but had to pay extra for overnight parking away from the hotel.

Great staff, very helpful in every way. From answering questions, providing recommendations, bringing items to the room, storing our bags, and just greeting us every time we entered, they made our stay very positive. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was different each day which was much appreciated. And the location of the hotel is ideal. Near to everything we wanted, including bus routes. We will happily come back.

Im very disapointed in ******* advertising tht they had a pool and hot tub. It was one of my musts when booking and come to find out its been closed since covid!! Will never book with ******* again after the false advertising!

Positives were clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was decent and convenient. Negatives included being charged for parking without a prior notification and we could hear street traffic during the night. Also, the exercise room was small and lacked any weights or weight training machines (and the pool was unavailable - I don't need the pool, but it is nice if available).
