静かで、部屋は清潔でとても広としています。笑顔の質の高いサービス。苦情はありません。

This place is right off the interstate and a previous reviewer suggested asking for a room away from highway which I did and I have to say this was one of my quieter places I’ve ever stayed. It was clean and staff was very nice The front desk gentleman was efficient and friendly and the morning lady in breakfast room was attentive and helpful. It’s a very basic breakfast, waffles, hard boiled eggs, package oatmeal but for the price of room, it was fine. The rooms have been redone, my only comment is that the decision to paint the shower enclosure rather than replace wasn’t the best. At least in 237, it is beginning to come off. That being said I’d definitely stay here again

Run! It’s bed bug infested! It’s 3:00 am as I’ve just been awoken having been bitten all over my arm by bed bugs. (Pictures included). I’m in room 104. I wanted to leave the hotel immediately and went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The manager, a complete liar said he had no authority to refund. I was then denied another room. So I’m forced to sleep on the chair. The manager had zero accountability or responsibility. I believe this hotel is bed bug infested. I’ve enclosed a picture of the bug I just killed in my bed. Do not stay at this dump.

全体的に私はこのホテルが好きでしたが、ベッドには毛布がなく、かなり寒かったです。また、シャワーは非常に暑かったり、寒すぎたりしました。これはホテルにとって奇妙でした。朝食は大丈夫でしたが、素晴らしいものではなく、大きな選択ではありませんでした。電子レンジブリトーがありましたが、朝食エリアには電子レンジはありませんでした。パンケーキマシンはクールでパンケーキは良かったのですが、そこにいたときは何度も修理が必要でした。シリアルとリンゴ、マフィン、ジュース、コーヒーがありました。十分でしたが、もう少し選択をしたいと思っていました。ヨーグルトは良かったでしょう。部屋は少しソファと机で広としていました。テレビは大きく、Vizioストリーミングとディッシュボックスとリモコンがありましたが、機能していないようです。私は人里離れた場所が好きです。

ホテルは比較的新しいようです。彼らは朝食の食べ物をたくさん選んでいました。食べ物を提供するアテンダントは気持ちが良かったです。彼女は小さな会話と笑顔で私たちを誘いました。部屋は素晴らしかった。更新され、清潔で、ベッドは快適でした。私たちは滞在を楽しんだ。
