Great stay for the price, clean room, friendly staff, enjoyed the pool area! Room was missing the remote for TV but was taken care of immediately. Will stay there again when in town.

My experience at the hotel was very pleasant. The lobi staff was very friendly. The room I had was clean and tidy. It was comfortable. The bed was very good. It didn't make any noise. The heating worked wonderfully. There is only one detail: the lock on the door It didn't close but everything else was very good. The pool was warm and that was perfect for my partner and I to get in and the jacuzzi was perfect. The water was hot as it should. Our experience was pleasant and the price was very good.

Handicapped parking area not shoveled pet odor in room mold on tile in bathroom parking lot was not clear of snow heater in room very noisey so we decided we were not staying the night and left for back home.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful … letting us know about their complimentary breakfast and WiFi password when we arrived. However there was a snowstorm that night which caused us to check in late at around 6pm… in the early morning hours the parking lot was plowed but none of the entrances were shoveled.. I requested a late check out of noon as we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub the night before and decided to do that in the morning. The pool area was very nice and windows showed the beauty of the storm the previous night….but it made it difficult to pack up our luggage and and belongings when it was time for us to leave .

The bath tub area needed a good scrub, there was dirt and mildew. The room was small, the bed seemed small also. Pool water seemed not as clear

Room smelled a little humid upon checking. The tub was not cleaned and remote was broken. We did enjoy the quietness and comfy beds.

The staff availability was outstanding. Breakfast room neatly kept and well stocked. Pool was clean and nice water temp. Overall, I would say great place great value.

The exterior door does not lock The shower grout is moldy. Everything else was clean.

I didn’t stay there because I got no follow up email or notification regarding my reservation. I thought I messed up my reservation so I booked at a different hotel. I had to have a room somewhere. Seriously disappointed in your complete lack of communication. Maybe send an email around Wednesday before me reserved nights. I would be very happy with a full refund or even a voucher for a future stay. Thanks
