Feels a little sketchy from the outside at night, especially if (like me) you've never been there and don't know where you are. But come morning I realized that it's got a fantastic location - the Botanical gardens are right there, there's a variety of dining options, and it's near (without being too near) the downtown area.
The facility itself a bit retro in its architecture, but solid in construction, with wide hallways, and has been refurbished. Bathrooms (and the rooms in general) were clean, and the morning (Full Australian) breakfast was fantastic.
I would definitely stay here again.
