Beautiful hotel, staff friendly, service good. Food was good.

Visited Rookery as part of a spa weekend and cannot wait to go back. The thing that stood out for me was the faultless service, from the moment we arrived staff (from spa, check in, bar, restaurant, coffee shop, cleaners) could not do enough for us. Spa: spotlessly clean, good quality robes and towels, exceptional afternoon tea. Hotel: luggage had already been taken to our room, great spacious room, turn down service, again spotless. Bar: knowledgable bar man who was very attentive, lovely cosy atmosphere. Restaurant: food was exceptional quality, michelin standard, high attention to detail. Cannot wait to return here...the customer service was one of the best ive experienced recently..credit where it is due!

We held our daughters wedding at Rookery Hall and if we could rate this 10 stars we would. What an absolutely amazing hotel. It is absolutely stunningly beautiful with staff to match! We could not have had a more perfect weekend. The wedding itself was a dream. All our guests commented about the gorgeous venue, stunning grounds and amazing staff. I would recommend this hotel 1000%. Josh and Alice were amazing on the day and a credit to the hotel. Emma, our wedding co-ordinator, was just amazing. We can't thank her enough for EVERYTHING!! 🩷 We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you to everyone making our wedding weekend PERFECT!! ❤️❤️

Stayed here last weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday. What an amazing hotel set in a peaceful area with lovely surroundings. Our room was Spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. In fact the quality of the entire hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and Afternoon tea was plentiful. We ate in the bar one evening and the restaurant another. Both evenings the food was delicious and well presented. The leisure facilities were very clean and pool a good temperature. But what made this hotel terrific was The Staff. Friendly, helpful and always greeted us with smiles. Everyone chatted and gave us the feeling they were happy to work there. We did started to make a note of there names but in the end there were too many to single out. We stay away quite a lot for leisure and business and this was by far one of the best we have stayed in. We hope to return again.

Wow what a stay...... booked to celebrate birthday and anniversary and what a fuss they made! Our room was beautiful/bucket of bubbles courtesy of the Hotel and other gestures that made us feel v special. The food was superb/surroundings and bed delicious soooooooo comfortable! Thank you for spoiling us for 24 hrs...... highly recommended!

From the moment we made initial enquiries about organising a 40th Reunion the communication and attention to detail has been excellent. Our accommodation was of the highest quality and the service by all members of staff has been outstanding. Our dining experience over both the nights was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for either large party events or individual guests.

An excellent hotel in every way. The service was very good. The food was delicious. The hotel is set in beautiful well maintained grounds . The hotel has a gym, spa and conference centre. There is a large car park. The drinks were very expensive.

Good afternoon Leanne, I just wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you for arranging another amazing stay for our board of directors last week. It was fantastic from start to finish. As always, you were wonderful in the lead up to the event and everything you promised was delivered. Thank you so much! Every single member of staff we met during the two days was so pleasant, helpful, professional yet down to earth and just an absolute credit to the hotel. I cannot emphasise enough the difference this made to our experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mentions to Carol who we cannot praise enough for how well she looked after us and her willingness to go the extra mile, and the staff who looked after us on Wednesday evening especially Grace (or Gracie) who was so impressive with the knowledge of the cheese trolley. The rooms were great, and the food was absolutely first class (even better than last time which we didn’t think was even possible). Thank you again Leanne, great job yet again! We will be back! We chose Rookery Hall for a retirement dinner for 18 guests (with 12 staying over). The pre dinner drinks and canapes were perfect and the private dining room was spot on. The staff were excellent; nothing was too much trouble, they were attentive but never intrusive. The attitude of the staff was outstanding and their communication was spot on. The food was delicious and delivered superbly. Great hospitality skills, thank you for helping make the event the success it was.
