Very beautiful hotel, good location. Close to the city centre. We were staying for two nights and I have received an upgrade. The room was very nice. My husband and I stayed at the AC Marriott for 6 nights for a business trip. We had a very peaceful, pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was quiet, the hotel amenities were sufficient and the location was excellent. We’d like to recognize a few staff (see below) for their efforts and contributions. First, Katia at the restaurant was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every morning, she made sure that our dietary restrictions were met. She performed above and beyond to make our dining experience pleasant and memorable. We are very grateful for her and the rest of the F&B team.  Second, Zaklina at the front desk was very helpful, professional and understanding. She honored an early check in for our friend who was visiting. Third, Marlena was very kind, professional and welcoming. She responded to our emails in a timely manner and made sure our stay was comfortable. However, there was a small issue. Before our trip, we communicated with the sales manager regarding adding me to my husband’s reservation. We were told that adding me to the reservation will cost an extra of 100 PLN/day. We stayed at many Marriott chains around the world and have never been asked for extra payment under this circumstance. It is not the cost so much but we were under the impression that a comfort king balcony room accommodates two people. When we checked in on the day of arrival, the front desk staff had no issue adding me to the reservation and of course, no extra payment was necessary. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the level of customer service during our stay and will definitely stay here again on our next visit in Wroclaw. Keep up the great work. Dziękuję!

I visited Wroclaw primarily to attend the Christmas Market at Wrocławski Rynek. The AC Marriott Hotel is ideally situated a short walk from the Market Square. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and all aspects of customer service are of the highest standard, whether it be at reception or in the restaurant which serves food of the highest quality. The level of service easily matches what you would expect to find in any major European cIty, such as London or Vienna. This is definitely not a typical “chain” hotel. While it has all the benefits of being part of Marriott, everything is clearly focused on providing each guest with the best experience. If you are a member of the rewards program expect this fact to be recognised. I was treated to some beautiful Polish czekolada. I loved the design of the hotel, which features a grand staircase which you can use to burn off all those calories you consume when eating at the restaurant! The rooms are furnished in a clean and simple style, while still being luxurious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. I loved many of the design aspects, such as the curbless shower and the heated bathroom floor. Clearly a lot of effort has been taken to design a hotel fit for the 21st century, while retaining what I assume is a 100 year plus facade. It goes without saying that everything was spotless. The AC Marriott Wroclaw demonstrates one of the benefits of travelling in Poland, which is that you can experience the best at a reasonable price. I fear that this is not going to last forever; the Polish economy is expanding at a rapid rate, as the current generation is focused on success. If you arrive by train at the impressive Wrocław Główny, I suggest taking Tram 18 to Zamkowa, a short walk from the hotel. Use contactless or the Jakdojade app to pay for a ticket. The pictures of the Christmas market really don’t reflect reality. It is actually better than shown in the pictures, and especially at night it is reminiscent of a “mythical fairy tale” European city. If you have been to all the *standard* Christmas markets, and are looking for something else, this is one not to be missed. If you are lucky, that might even be some snow!

I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. My wife and I only had one night in Wrocław, but our stay at AC Marriott helped make our short time in Wrocław very pleasant. During our stay, we interacted with 4 different front desk staff. What stood out was the fact that all four were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Zaklina went out of her way to help us with a difficulty that we were experiencing with the Jakdojade transportation app. She solved our problem with the app and made it possible for us to get to the train station more easily and on time. We so appreciated her quick thinking and helpfulness. She is truly an asset to the AC Marriott team. In addition, our room was clean and comfortable. I liked the porcelain tile floors, small dining table with two chairs, and large balcony. The hotel is conveniently located to the Old Town, so we were able to walk to the Christmas Market in about 5 minutes. When we return to Wrocław, we would enjoy staying at the AC Marriott again.

It is a great hotel In The perfect location. River promenade 300 meters away and old town 400 m. Great restaurant and the best buffet breakfast with additional hot dishes from kitchen. Swimming pool and spa area is luxurious. Staff is very attentive and friendly. You feel the good vibes there. More hospitality like this around the world please. The best AC Marriott I have visited.

The staff, location, ease of transportation, hotel history, architecture, attention to detail, room comfort and artful cuisine made this hotel my first choice for a weekend in Wrocław. An honest 5 star rating. The wine vault is a must see tour!

Very nice hotel with vey professional staff. Nice breakfast. One day we needed to leave at 6 am they prepared us lunch to go. Walking distance to all city attractions. Overall great expirience
