We’ve used the Mercure Hotel for a couple of events recently for family birthday celebrations and we have had such a positive experience. The food has been amazing - we had buffet food for one of the events and a three course meal for the other, and everyone has been so impressed with both and had only positive things to say! The service has also been amazing and the staff are so lovely, friendly and always happy to help! Overall very happy and would definitely recommend this hotel to others that are looking to stay here or for events hire! The perfect venue for what we needed.

We attended a family wedding which was expertly hosted by the Mercure. Their care and attention ensured the day went smoothly and the bride and groom had a brilliant day. Would highly recommend for a wedding or special occasion. Great location

Stayed here for bank holiday weekend the hotel is very welcoming and lovely and clean the beds were so comfy an the staff are very polite an friendly the food was very nice including the breakfast all in all I had a perfect stay was money well spent

I just love staying at this hotel. The Breakfast is just superb. My bedroom was spotless, the bed so comfy and the team just make you feel so welcome. If you are looking for a couple of days away in the Fine City of Norwich then this is the place to stay. Its a beautiful walk in to the city through Sloughbottom park. Well done for being consistently fabulous.

We are group who use the hotel for dining/meeting events on a regular basis. The staff who looked after us were fantastic, well led, attentive to detail and very quick to clear tables and bring on the next course. Our liaison with the hotel was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We usually have a set meal but the hotel were able to deal with special diets no problem. The food was to a high standard. We will continue to use this hotel for the foreseeable future because it is a popular venue with our group.

We hosted an event at Mercure Norwich Hotel and were incredibly impressed with the service provided. Nothing was too much trouble, and the entire experience from before booking, until the day of the workshop was exceptional. The events team were a joy to deal with as were the staff on the day. We will not hesitate to book there again.

We visited the hotel to meet up with the hotels Wedding Planning Organiser prior to our wedding later in May. The welcome and service offered to us from the hotel was excellent. We stayed the night and our room was really comfortable. We had an evening meal and a very good breakfast the next day. Thank you for your attention to detail for our wedding, and look forward to our special day.
