非常糟糕的體驗！就是一間小公寓，説給你升級房型其實在套路你好評，裏面格局房間幾乎都一樣！智能化也是個噱頭！説起來就搞笑！小度音響喊這喊哪都開不了任何電器！也連接不了手機藍牙就是個擺設，電視也沒會員不能看，也不能投屏！最可怕的是所謂的智能化設備真的自動，窗外面是過道！手動開不了，第一晚半夜5點窗户自己開窗聲音響到吵醒我！睡得好好的氣死我了！第二晚二點要睡覺關燈躺了一下廁所的燈自己亮了！真的是垃圾！

這家挺奇葩，按照他家一個戴髮帶的年輕男服務員説，就是我們這裏一百多間房沒有一個窗户是外窗，全是內窗，我因為窗户內窗想換個房間，他們服務員這麼説，大半夜還説你可以把訂單取消自己重新找酒店，主要你們介紹的時候也沒寫內窗，其實你們好好説也能理解，小男生真的是可以
酒店其實還是挺乾淨的畢竟才開業一個多月，但是服務真的可以

Staff were extremely kind despite the language barrier! Hotel room was so cute and had a huge range of amenities to use and also provided water. Super clean as well. I loved the hotel!

Brand new chain hotel. Fully equipped and excellent service. Very clean and convenient for any traveler. Best value for money.
Just one regret - one may smell fumes as there are several small restaurants close by. As the hotel central hallway is directly attached to a previous shopping hall, sometimes one can smell smoking from somewhere within the mall.
