We booked it for one night just to check it out. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The carpet floor is disgusting (see the pictures). The smell in the room was awful. We had to leave the windows open all the time but it didn’t help. The towels weren’t very fresh. The toilet was also dirty (see the pictures). But the worst of it all was the service and the faces at the reception and in the morning at the dining room. We arrived after a very long ride at almost 8:00 pm and no greetings, no smiles, nothing. They didn’t even bother showing us the room and helping with the bag. The breakfast was just acceptable but the atmosphere in the dining room was awful. You feel completely neglected. They really don’t care about their customers. They didn’t even prepare the room in advance. It was horribly hot and stuffy. The only good thing about it was the location. That’s it. The overall experience was negative. This is unacceptable for 45 000 kyats (about 25$).
