サンダーバード モーテル(Thunderbird Motel Yass)

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage at the back of the property and found it to be very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to book it again and stay on our return journey from Sydney.

Great to have a pool to cool off in after a hot days travel. Room was large and well set out, with all the amenities set out for comfort and use.

Pleasant motel will stay again

We enjoyed our stay at the Thunderbird Motel, the room was large and clean. The location is conveniently located close to the main shopping area.

Parking was a bit of an issue when I returned from my evening function as the parking spot I had in front of my unit had been taken but everything else was fine

The room was pretty standard and comfortable enough but because our stay was on Chris**as day, there was no staff and the pool was closed. It would have been nice to know in advance as the pool area is nice and it was the main reason we chose that property.

Motel room is big, perhaps too big. The group of young guys next to us who crowded 6 or more into their room appreciated the extra space while they partied all night. No one available from the motel after hours to sort this out. We also had a lot of bugs in our room no idea how they got in. The room itself is OK Tv too small and no Foxtel/Netflix capability. Uselessly small fridge with no freezer and full of the motels minibar offerings (no thanks) Apart from that kitchenette ok.Motel tries to be upmarket but let down by the clientele in the area

Very clean and modern with great facilities which certainly surprised me for a country motel. I can’t imagine there’s anywhere better than this great value . Wish we were staying longer .

Great overnight stop between Melbourne and Sydney. The family room was fantastic. Spacious and well equipped. Breakfast pack was plentiful.
