Внешне помпезный и симпатичный отель "под старину" произвёл отвратное впечатление во всем. Брали королевский люкс и были неприятно расстроены. Началось с того, что в номере не работали оба телевизора, как будто до нас их никто не включал, сотрудники приходили(не снимая обувь) крутились, но сделать ничего не могли, в итоге просидев больше часа в номере, выяснилось, что проблема в подключении. Решили.. Номер старый, все разломано,,внешне красивый, по факту рухлядь. Вода шла то горячая, то холодная, джакузи не работала. Вызвали мастера опять, что то крутил долго-заработало... Но... После использования начались настоящие страдания. Джакузи начала сама включаться и отключаться каждые 10 минут, сделать ничего нельзя было. В час нрчи вызвали мастера-он вскрыл Эл. коробку и отключил автомат. Извинений никаких. Утром завтрак особо описывать даже не буду. Уровень тройки.. Никаких рыбных нарезок вообще, колбасные нарезки 3-4 кусочка на поднос, даже чай ужасный.. Кофе машины тоже нет. Жаль денег.. Спа вообще ужас. Не мыли никогда, все разваливается, пользуются в основном абонементчики с улицы. Все в чёрных волосах, битое, разломано. Сауны раздельные, вдвоём не посидеть. В бассейн без шапочки не пустили тоже. В общем, пафоса много, на деле пшик...

Отель находится не в самом центре, рядом развязка и в часы пик пробки, что нужно учитывать. Есть открытый и закрытый бассейны, очень хорошие. Завтрак очень хороший. В номере вываливаются некоторые розетки. Предоставили номер без джакузи, что очень расстроило.

Fantastic service, excellent view and good decoration.. This is my third time on this hotel because of my business life... They are always serving same quality!!!! Especially bed and pillows are best (better than my home) :) Location is good and you can access to city center easly. I really enjoy and feeling good in this hotel.. I definitely would reccomend this hotel to stay in Baku!!

A pleasant stay overall. Great value for the price with comfortable accommodations and excellent service. Would consider staying here again. Friendly and attentive staff. Check-in was smooth, and any requests were promptly addressed.Spacious and comfortable room with modern amenities. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is super cozy.

Very attentive staff, they make all efforts to make you feel like home. Everything is in order, Rooms are huge and comfortable. It is great to have a jakuzzi. Delicious food. Very close to city center. Definetly recommend for business & leisure guests!

Overall service was good No bellboy for luggage picking and dropping. Mir was a a very good person who helped us in breakfast and was very sweet. One lady was there at reception, i don’t remember her name but she was very harsh and bot kind. This made us feel uncomfortable and bad a bad experience.

There was not even a bellboy to provide us with luggage Mir satar provided us with great services They didn’t even provide water for drinking . Good property but not a 5 star service Limited breakfast options and staff need more training specially a lady Mir and habib were helpful in the restaurant You need to take your luggage yourself i was told by receptionist that They don’t have a bellboy for your luggage Would have rated better if service better.

Property is abit outdated unfortunately but rooms are clean and service is good. It is very difficult to exit property if you are going opposite direction of entry. This might add extra 10 minutes to the drive

This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Everything else is very good
