北大湖百萬石温泉ホテル

北大湖の最新の和風ホテルで、オリンピックスポーツセンターのすぐ隣にあり、スキーに便利です。自営のジレタン温泉は廊下で直結していますが、人が多いですが、よく管理されています。 Wanwanshiのサービスはとても良く、家政婦のMengmengはとても熱心で、あらゆるリクエストに応えてくれます。全体的には良く、滞在、滑り、入浴の経験は非常に快適です。

リゾートの設備は一流で、完璧に清潔で、新しい施設だと知って、さらにありがたかったです。ハイライトの 1 つは温泉で、ゲレンデで 1 日過ごした後にリラックスするのに最適な場所です。 リゾートのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで親切で、滞在に温かく歓迎的な雰囲気を加えてくれました。提供された朝食は美味しく、すべての人の好みを満たすさまざまなオプションがありました。 ホテルが私たちを息を呑むような山の景色とジャグジー付きのスイートに親切にアップグレードしてくれたことで、私たちの体験はさらに充実しました。この思いやりのある心遣いにより、滞在はさらに思い出深いものになりました。 すべてが 1 か所に揃っていることの便利さは、いくら強調してもし過ぎることはありません。スキー場がホテルのすぐ後ろにあるため、ゲレンデに簡単にアクセスでき、手間をかけずにスキー体験を最大限に活用できました。 全体として、このスキーリゾートでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。優れた設備、最高のサービス、便利な場所の組み合わせにより、このホテルはスキー休暇を楽しみたい人にとって際立った選択肢となっています。将来的にはぜひこのリゾートに戻ってきたいと考えています。」

Everything is so accessible and connected including onsen and ski hall. The VIP ski lift pass definitely is a life saver during peak periods. Will stay there again without a doubt.

I have never come across a hotel that doesn’t provide basic items like sugar and a spoon. This hotel costs ¥3,000 per night, yet it lacks even these simple essentials. The cup provided was also very small. The shampoo and conditioner were of the cheapest quality. I don’t understand why the owner invested so much in the development but chose to cut costs on such small yet important details. Breakfast was the same throughout the four nights we stayed. Although the hotel has an excellent location, the overall upkeep was disappointing. BDH Ski Resort has very long and wide runs, which I really enjoyed. I especially liked the gondola rides — no stairs, which was very thoughtful. It was also considerate to provide tissue paper and a basket in all the gondolas. However, many locals left their skis and snowboards anywhere they liked, especially in open areas in front of the gondolas, making it very difficult to move around. The onsen spa charges ¥398 per person and does not include any food or drinks. On top of that, the prices for food and beverages are very high. If the goal is to prevent wastage, they could simply charge a reasonable price — that would make everyone much happier.

We arrived on the 15th March 2026 where there are very few people around the resort. The onsen is great. Just that the restaurant within the onsen is not open due to a lack of crowd.

Location is great. Its our 3rd time staying in this hotel and has always been great. This time, they even provide free lockers on the 2/F so that we don't even have to bring our ski gear back to the hotel lobby.

Excellent location. Beautiful view of ski slopes. Good amenities. Dedicated service executive was v helpful. Strangely no spoon provided in family suite, asked for spoon , was told to order room service..

Hotel room is very nice large toilet. Hotel staff service is excellent especially front desk and service staff Rain who helped arrange anything we wanted. Onsen is huge with all amenities but only allowed 1 entry per day per person.

Great hotel and top stay experience! Stayed for 6 nights in December with family and friends, we had 4 rooms booked, definitely would recommend to anyone and our top 5 star hotel choice if we visit the next time. All amenities, ski field, restaurants, onsen/bath house connected with the hotel. No need to go outdoor in -28degrees is an absolute winner. Our hotel host butler “Rain” is amazing, add him to chat, and he attends to all requests instantly. Dropped off my luggage and he organised courier service for me. A Big thank you to “Rain”。
