ハンプトン イン & スイーツ ヨンカーズ(Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers)

Standard service, clean room, average breakfast.

I went to the hotel to unwind, was feeling overwhelmed. The pool was closed which they never advertised online. They said free Wi-Fi and it was only available on the first floor which they didn’t advertise until you got there. The heat in my room wasn’t working. I had to sleep with my clothes and sock on.

They need to get proper management. I asked to get my room cleaned it was never done . Until the next day , I went downstairs again before getting it cleaned.

Not a very good visit. Upon arriving there was NO WI-Fi in the hotel. Then we got to the room the room was dirty hair all over the place. Bed was not properly made. On top of that the pool was NOT open .. I was told with an attitude from the front desk that they were working on it. Over all not a good visit or experience

Pool isn’t opened Sundays and it’s not disclosed anywhere. Makes no sense and a waste of money especially those booking specificity for that. Booked 3 rooms came with 4 children and a disappoin**ent.

There was no hot water, front desk said that the issue was being work on and never offer a solution. Next in the morning in my check out they told the issue was resolved which is wasn’t true and came to find out that other guest had the same problem but they were moved to a room where the hot water was working. They didn’t offer anything just told me that because my reservation was made thru ******* I needed to contact them.

I didn't stay. When I arrived at the hotel they were in the midst of a power outage. The hotel was in total darkness. I was unable to check in. I requested a refund and was told that I could not get one.

The rooms (clean, up to date, very spacious, plenty of outlets, microwave, the mini refrigerator kept my beverages ice cold, loved the size of the bathroom) hotel amenities, employees and front desk (very friendly and courteous) are great. The hot water is a hit or miss. Granted they had a water main issue when I checked in. The front desk voluntarily gave me a 20% discount for one night which was cool. GPS is a must if you want to make a left turn from out the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and loved the location.

Staff did an excellent job to cover from room NOT being ready. Many guests waiting for rooms to be ready. I had to say staff was kind professional and courteous. In my cas I was traveling since 4;00am not having a readily available room upon arrival pass 3:00pm was a bit uncomfortable
