It’s nice for a quick trip. Tile in bathroom was broken, ice machine was broken, and the entire floor reeked of ****.

Stayed at this property last March for spring break and it was very clean! This time around it wasn’t. I moved the curtain and saw peanut butter packets laying on the floor so that tells me that they didn’t even clean/vacuum in that area. The tub had the pink mold in the corners as well. I think the maids are being rushed or maybe just not being thorough in the cleaning that’s just my opinion.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Better than average breakfast. Only problem was the very noisy boiler that you could hear in the room. Off and on all night staff was aware and waiting for parts. They should have placed guests down the other hall to minimize problems. Otherwise it was good. Didn’t use pool or hottub. Overnight stay on our way south.

It was so nice there. One thing is I got there about 8:00. It would be nice if they could have a couple sandwiches in the cooler. I hate the noodles but they don’t set well. Just a suggestion. But it was very comfortable

Spacious room. Got a 1st floor room which was preferred. Nice bathroom. Bed starting to show a little age. Breakfast mediocre. Staff friendly and helpful. Facility well-maintained.

The girl at the front desk made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. It was a great location. Lots of walk to eateries.

We were quite happy with our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

Woke up at 5:30am to shower and there was no hot water. Went to the front desk, where there was another customer also asking about the hot water. The front desk attendant simply said ‘sorry ma’am, they’re working on it’. No apology, no eta, nothing further. Took a cold shower and left the hotel as quick as I could; very frustrated. I stay here once a month for work - the lack of empathy and customer service over this event means I won’t stay here again. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

The entire property is well cared for, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are soundproof. The breakfast was typical waffles, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The reason I give a 4 star is because the day we were checking out, someone (most likely housekeeper) tried to open the room door at 11:30am. We had kids still brushing their teeth and on the toilet, if the housekeeper knocked we did not hear it due to the noise inside the room. Then we got two calls from the front desk asking if we were intending to stay another night, to which I responded “we are leaving, in a few minutes we will come by the front desk” I think they could have waited until 12pm to do this. Just wanted to put this on the radar so hotel staff can review it. Otherwise, I will stay here again.
