Hotel is little outdated and not in it’s best shape. Location and facilities however are great!! Kids and beach lovers will have an amazing time here.

I book this hotel because of the pool . It's good to swim in the winter in a in-house pool . And price is good for winter . When I closed the window there is a strange sound because the wind fm the sea . So must need to open a little bit window . It's fine for me . Just one thing I don't like is the washroom , it is separate with bathroom and not washing facilities.

Very small and old rooms. Breakfast ok, but not great. Overall not what you expect from 4 stars.

I'm sorry but if you are bookable on ******* then you should have normal check in times and not 16:00. Then your room front makes a high pitched wind noise all night long. No way this is not a known issue and fixable for an outrageous price of a luxury hotel. Other than this the hotel is fine and mid ranged.

Really bad stay, not nice people and won’t come back again

I may have lost this in translation, but I did not see that it is a family resort. However, it seems they placed us on a floor with no children. We had a great quiet stay regardless of the family resort style.

Be aware Only soft play and the swimming pool are included, other activities are all paid extra. the room was clean, big and simply decorated but have no air con it was very warm in the night, uncomfortable sleep.

Hotel is convenient for visiting the racetrack, its only ten minutes walk away. The room was comfortable with a double bed, large TV, small fridge and a coffee maker. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Although it says there is a restaurant, this is only open for breakfast. For an evening meal you will need leave the hotel. I would recommend the beach bar "Strand 21" which is located opposite the hotel on the beach. If you are visiting Zandvoort aan Zee this hotel is a good place to stay.
