以前住んでいた家には部屋がありませんでした。この部屋に変えました。各方面はまだ大丈夫です。反対側に広場があります。食事も完備しています。価格も公正です。朝食も豊富です。ここに来て展覧会に参加するか、展覧会を見る人に適しています。

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Guadalajara Patria Universidad for five days recently, and I would never go back. The walls of the shower had hair from the previous guests, the blankets were stained, and the AC didn’t work properly. I used the hotel iron once to iron a dress shirt and it stained the shirt. The most significant incident was my STOLEN jacket. After returning to the hotel from being out a few hours, and the only time we requested the room cleaned, I realized my jacket was missing from the room, specifically from the closet where it was left. I informed the front desk of the situation and they were very nonchalant about the incident. I had to insist for them to take any type of action, and when they finally did, their resolution was an email about the incident to I assume hotel management. The next day I inquired again about the jacket and they asked me for my email and phone number in case they had an update, but I was never contacted again or given an update upon checkout. Approximately five days later, I called to follow up and the front desk said that they were aware about the incident but after seeing the footage of the hotel cameras they didn’t see anyone taking the jacket. Of course, if you’re stealing something from a room, you’re not going to let the cameras see you. That was the extent of their action. I never even received a call back to apologize for the incident, or any update if I hadn’t called back. The jacket had huge sentimental value, and I know now I’m never getting it back, but the minimum that I was expecting was an update, apology, some type of action or that they were at least trying, but it was clear they didn’t care. I highly recommend that if you can avoid this hotel, please do so at all costs!

Excelent Hotel, new and good breakfast. Very helpfull staff. I was for business and the hotel has all you need for meetings and work. Good location near to the bus station. Right on the Vallarta Av. and crossing the periderico. You can go anywere in zapopan or guadalajara taking speed ways.

ホテルのサービスは一般的で、場所はとても良いです。クラブキング（7〜12階）と街の景色（1〜7階）の違いは、床が少し高く、見るものが何もないことです。ハイアットのホテルで、朝寝ているときにノックして、ドアのバッテリーが変わると言われましたか？国内のハイアットホテルに比べるととても残念です。価格はとても安いです。

El hotel es muy limpio y comodo, ya que las camas son realmente cómodas y puedes descansar bien, la ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno es bueno, varía dependiendo el día y eso hace que el desayuno no sea repetitivo. Lo que más me gustó son las máquinas de café, las cuales sirven un café riquísimo.

Pros: Todos muy amables en el hotel y room service y restaurante Super bien ubicado Habitaciones cómodas, camas increíbles almohadas suaves. Baño de habitaciones excelente, nos quedamos en habitación 230 y nos gustó mucho. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos en casa, además de que dormíamos muy bien. Gimnasio limpio muy bueno Jacuzzi muy cool a lado de la alberca ojo el agua de la alberca está fría y por eso no entramos. Room service muy rápido y rico Comimos en el buffet y muy rico. Felicitaciones especiales al botones que nos apoyó con el equipaje cuando llegamos, no tengo su nombre pero es un señor de bigote super amable y atento, que nos explicó todo.

Great experience for an airport hotel! Super convenient to airport with 6 am shuttle for morning flight. Very modern, IKEA like room: kitchen, sofa bed, desk, very comfortable king bed. Nice big gym, pool, laundry, game room. Unfortunately we had to leave by 6 am so breakfast was not yet available.
