Propre, pas cher, confortable, mais pas de vue de la chambre 201 (vue sur une cour intérieure avec des climatisations très bruyantes la nuit), et ascenseur très bruyant (jouxtant la chambre)…

Todo fenomenal..buena ubicación, en el puro centro de Zaragoza......ascensor y buena iluminación........

Lovely staff and reception. Room needing refurbished. But would stay again. Excellent location.

This Hotel is inexpensive so one should not expect too much. No fitness room, no ice for drinks, no parking - they do give a discount voucher for 12 euro a day for the public parking garage across the street. It is safe and the rooms are clean, but its minimal. The shower water was lukewarm. One thing I didn't like was no non-smoking rooms. That kind of made me ding the cleanliness of the room. For me, I came in at 8PM and left at 6AM and it was sufficient for a good night of sleep. Location for restaurants and shopping is very good - its in the middle of a very urban stretch.

The location was perfect - Plaza de Espana with El Tubos (a maze of small alleys packed with Tapa bars and restaurants) just across the Plaza. The staff was outstanding!!! The hotel was overall very clean except the first room I had (I booked a third night separately and got moved) was disgusting. It had three small beds (maybe a room for kids to stay in while partying?) it had a stench that I couldn’t identify, was hot (in Spain it is a law that the AC has to be set to a certain temperature and the thermostat disabled - that is why you see a lot of posts about Spanish hotels being hot an the thermostat being broken). The walls were filthy and for some reason there was what looked like smeared blood on the ceiling???? But the third night they moved me to a perfect room large and clean overlooking the Plaza.

Nos sorprendió en todos los sentidos. Un hotel de 2 estrellas con una ubicación excepcional (esta en el centro de todo, restauración, cultura, comercios,...). Las instalaciones están limpias y sin desperfectos. Habitación grande, cama y cojines cómodos, en el baño lo necesario para el aseo personal y con detalle de bienvenida. Atención inmediata si lo necesitas. El desayuno tipo buffet, es pequeño pero con lo necesario, tienen dos o tres variedades de cada cosa (zona de repostería, zona de dos platos calientes, pan con y sin gluten, fiambres, quesos, yogur, semillas, frutos secos, fruta, cereales, café, infusiones, zumos, mermeladas, mantequilla, miel y tomate) lo que sí recomendaría es que pusieran una opción de huevos a la plancha, revuelto o cocidos y que no fuera solo la tortilla de patata. En resumen, muy recomendable.
