Fantastic location. Overall a very nice hotel.

What does the Spanish Inquisition have in common with Hotel Don Jaime? Once you go in, you’ll never sleep again. This place is so noisy it’s like living in the middle of rush hour on the main street in Beijing or Delhi. The noise never stops until 3am even on weekdays. It sounds like garbage trucks backing up and unloading until 2am. The walls are so thin that when the guest in the next room has a shower it’s like Niagara Falls in your own bedroom. When they draw down the blinds it’s so loud you’ll definitely wake up at whatever time they do. The location is very central and convenient and the front office staff are very helpful but you will never sleep at this place

Lovely hotel in the centre of the old town of zaragoza, a stone's throw from the basillica and the cathedral is behind the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful, i didn't have any of the bacon, eggs and sausage etc but my husband did and said it was cold but maybe that's the way the spanish like it. Lovely bar with good prices in the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants on doorstep. Plenty of shops if you like shopping right on the doorstep too. Staff were lovely and always very helpful. The only downside was all the noise in the streets at night and early hours, shouting etc, the worse night was Saturday night as it was continuous shouting and screaming but it certainly wouldn't put me off this hotel and I'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Location - excellent Reception - 24 ur Breakfast - quite a choice, a variety of fruits, jams, salami, eggs, bacon, coffee, juices, desserts I didn't like Air conditioning - not managed in the room, but central, which is bad Cleanliness - could be cleaner, especially bathroom Towels - too small

This hotel is well-located near the historic district. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are basic, clean, and adequate. Nothing fancy here, but OK for a relatively inexpensive hotel in a decent location. I was unimpressed with the included breakfast buffet - again, it was adequate, but nothing special, and the choices were not of the best quality. Although the hotel was adequate and clean, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Good hotel in the city centre, excellent location, room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy from the street.

Todo perfecto. El personal encantador y la habitación amplia y limpia

Struttura comodissima per visitare il centro,vicino a ristoranti, bar e negozi.Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, unica nota negativa è che l'aria condizionata non si poteva regolare dalla camera,la seconda notte era spenta e abbiamo avuto molto caldo.E' la prima volta che ci capita un hotel dove non è possibile regolare in autonomia la temperatura in camera ,comunque è stato l'unico punto negativo della struttura.
