We recently stayed at the villa for three nights over CNY and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The excellent breakfast provided a delightful start to each day, and the staff's kindness added a warm touch to the overall experience. The pick-up service from 張大哥was convenient, and the transportation options were reasonable. The room offered a breathtaking view, providing a serene atmosphere. Privacy was well-maintained, creating a peaceful and exclusive environment. The jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was impeccable, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, this villa provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful amenities for a memorable getaway.

Amazing hotel and unmatchable views! Food and location was great! Staff is very kind, sweet and helpful. Room was amazing! They upgraded us and gave us basically a house! If you are looking to visit the park and enjoy the hotel this is your place. It is secluded so don't go if you are looking to hang out outside in a proper town etc. I am vegetarian so I wish there were more clear veggie options as I know Chinese food has but they went out of their way to help me. I also wish there was a menu in English and a clear vegetarian menu so it was just easy to order food rather than trying to overlap one phone with the other to translate (Google translate) 😂. Also for us this is the best entrance and the hotel is literally 5 minutes driving from it. They take you every morning in a golf car and it is just magical. Visiting this park and having this view every morning when waking up it made this trip totally worth it.

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights in the American style home. Our family and myself loved it. All was as in the advertisement pictures. Very clean and atmosphere is warm and cozy.. Views are great though when we stayed was a bit foggy but still good view. Water pressure of shower is good. Food is good, though all Chinese food and no western style foodmbreakfast, but still yummy good experience since being in China). The location is in the mountain (therefore the good air and nice views), so a car or driver like we had, is highly recommended (not just taxi).. We would definitely stay here again when back to zhangjiajie.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. You live in your own house, everything is very generous.you have a beautiful view from the rooms. The pool is great. The owner is very helpful. You will be taken directly to the cableway and picked up and discuss the route with him. Absolutely recommended. There is only Chinese food. That's why my children didn't like the breakfast so much... but we are in China😂. I can recommend the hotel absolutely.

The hotel room and the view was exceptional and staffs were very friendly. Breakfast could be important. The same menu was repeated the whole time, other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay here!
