サービスは完璧で、ここ数年の旅行の中で、スタッフのサービス態度は完璧だと思います。ホテルのスタッフは皆とても熱心で、心から仕事に取り組んでいる感じがします！ 今回はまだカラフル丹霞に行っただけですが、この景勝地も2020年の建国記念日と同じような気分になりました。重要なのは、シャトルバスで十分な列に並ぶ必要がないことです。いつでも、群衆の避難能力は青安大学全体で最高です。環状線は張掖に行くことを強くお勧めします。 ところで、嘉峪関市のセメント工場の駐車場と、道路脇の臨時駐車場について文句を言いたいのですが、無料とはいえ、案内がまだ不十分です。すべての観光客は道端に止まらないようにお願いします（セメント工場に止まらないと、シャトルバスが運行されません）。 物足りなかった点: たまたま宿泊した部屋のスプリンクラーのスイッチが壊れていたのですが、気づいた時にはすでに水道が出ていたので修理を頼むことができませんでした（後からホテルの対応を見て考えました）。 、誰かがすぐに来て修正してくれるはずです）！そしてドアのシーリング材も剥がれてしまいました！ホテルにはこれらの欠陥のある設備を徹底的に検査してもらいたいと思います。みんなに完璧な体験を与えましょう！ 他の部屋にはそんなものはありません！

首先來説，酒店位置特別好，在市中心區，到哪裡都很方便，開車也有免費停車位。 酒店的佈置很有特色，有很多收藏品，像是個民間藝術博物館。 房間乾淨整潔，樓層也合適，安靜。居然還有凈水，也是滿有特色的。整體裝修風格偏老派酒店的味道。 前台服務不錯，有問題可以迅速幫助解決，也要感謝一下攜程幫對接早飯不小心漏定的問題。早飯還是比較豐富的，吃飽沒有問題。

このホテルは広くて明るく、便利な設備があり、サービスはさらに優れています。ドアを入るとすぐに、フロントの女の子が温かいタオルと杏仁水を渡します。一番重要なのは、部屋の値段が安くて、部屋がデラックスルームタイプにアップグレードされて、水圧も高くて、水の勢いも良くて、お風呂も快適です。駐車場は無料で、地上または地下に駐車できます。ウェイターは皆丁寧で親切で、朝食は種類が豊富で非常にコストパフォーマンスが高く、滞在に非常に満足しています。 200メートル離れたところにナイトマーケットがあり、食べ物も美味しく、とても満足のいく旅行でした。

We stayed 4 nights at the Runhu Hotel while we visited all the tourist attractions around Zhangye, including trips to the Gobi desert, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), the Alien Valley and other sites. The hotel - which is clean, spacious and quiet - has motivated employees who are happy to meet any request. The restaurant is actually very good with reasonable prices the buffet breakfast also was varied and of very good quality. The hotel also provides such services as nightly warm milk deliver and a foot soaking tub with epsom salts with no extra charge. The hotel also referred us to a driver with his own very nice and well kept car. He, Mr. Li, went way above and beyond what anyone could expect. He provided snacks, fruits, water and some sort of local soft drink and arranged tickets in advance where reservations were required and made sure to adapt those reservations when the weather closed one of the sites. His recommendations for local food at or near the various sites were also spot on. While the places were simple (and very inexpensive), the food was honest and good. You can bank on Mr. Li to make sure everything goes along smoothly. All you have to do is tell him what you want to see, or ask him for recommendations, and he will do the rest. In short, splendid hotel for the price with terrific service and if you need a driver, Mr. Li is your guy!

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

写真を見てみましょう。ホテルは確かに大丈夫ですが、衛生状態や細部が悪いです。このグレードのホテルはこんな感じではないと思います。 まずトイレです。トイレとバスルームには黄色い汚れがたくさんあります。わかりました、私は頻繁に水を使うとかろうじて受け入れることができます。それから壁のカビと排気ファンの汚れはホテルの掃除が整っていないと思います。 それからベッドは上にありますP4は枕です。穴が直接腐っています🤣 P6はキルトです。黒い汚れがあり、カバーの側にあります。 窓もあります。ホテルに入ったばかりのときは、ビデオのように壊れた窓があります。最後に、私たちは自分でそれを研究しました。 最後に、フロントの女性がホテルに入ったばかりのとき、私たちは部屋を見て朝食について尋ねました。フロントが気分が悪かったのか忙しすぎたのかわかりません。私のガラスの心が敏感すぎるかもしれません。彼女の目はあまり友好的ではありませんその後、私はフロントデスクに電話しました。彼女の言葉の私の最初の気持ちは焦りました。誰もが自分の感情を持っていることを理解していますが、サービス業界で私を不快にさせる経験は受け入れられません。 要約すると、このホテルの場所は本当に良いです、部屋は比較的広いですが、私はこの健康とサービスを本当にお世辞にしません🙏🙏🙏

這次入住很晚了，但是前台小姐姐很是服務熱情周到，很耐心的幫我們完成入住，房間乾淨整潔衞生 好，值得推薦，對了,因為我們帶小朋友一起旅遊，還給我們送了小零食和水果，很細心的多送了兩雙拖鞋和牙具。強烈推薦呀！

張掖市のベンチマークホテルで、ハードウェア、ソフトウェアともに非常に優れています。場所は素晴らしく、ホテルの環境は美しいです。サービスはとてもフレンドリーです。ロビーにいるメガネをかけた男性従業員は、私がホテルに電話したことと、私が予約した部屋のタイプの番号をはっきりと覚えていて、その詳細はプロ意識を反映していました。チェックイン後すぐに、部屋に果物、軽食、飲み物が用意され、足湯用のバケツ、熱湯、足湯用のミルクと塩が用意されていました。張掖の人々の熱意が伝わってきました。部屋は清潔で、よくレイアウトされています。豊富な朝食。全体として、滞在体験は素晴らしかったです。張掖に戻る機会があれば、間違いなく張掖ホテルを選ぶでしょう。
