第三次住了，感覺一次比一次好。 碼頭班車直送酒店，下來有人接行李，冰飲料。 前台直接升房，門僮送到房間。已經很滿意了 這次感受了下送餐服務，雖然加收15%服務費，但是全程按我們要求來，菜量也很大。 退房方便，溝通順暢，來普陀山第一選擇

首先，環境並沒有網上看到那麼好，裝修、房間設施略顯粗糙，挺失望的，房間地上和樓梯很多塵屑，如果價格一千內，我都不會説，再者就是服務！令人非常不愉快，有時間去營銷，不如做好員工培訓吧，出行前就溝通完，説上船就通知管家叫車，然後我上船微信管家，管家問我是不是明天入住！我無語了，溝通過程的令人很無語，帶着小孩行李站在風中等了20分鐘以上！問要多久，不回覆！來到前台，服務態度也是很一般，全程每一個笑臉，第二天晚上我微信問前台吃飯需要預約嗎？微信回覆我直接過去就行，我們直接過去，餐廳又問我有沒有預約？沒有的話就要等，前面還有幾桌，你們酒店跟餐廳是沒有對接好的嗎？！需不需要預約前台是不清楚的嗎？然後吃早餐，我跟前台説後來還有一個沒進來，我們就坐左邊那桌，讓他進來就行，前台那女的説“我記不住，沒有那麼多人我怎麼記得誰是誰？！”請問關我什麼事嗎？然後我們約車去碼頭，又説有發車時間表，對外宣傳又話提前約車就行，還是那句，有心思搞營銷，把管理和舒服搞好吧！

特意選的位置方便的酒店，但是沒想到根本無法休息，酒店給的一間離普濟寺最近的房間3323，樓層也是最高的。這間房每天早上2點多起就能聽到樓下來上早課阿姨的説話聲，三點開始普濟寺裏所有聲音一直到5點半早課結束，六點左右聲音就小點了。重要的是感覺酒店沒有那麼多客人，但是不知道前台知不知道這個位置這麼吵，為什麼不徵求一下我們住客的意見，服務太差了，以後不會選擇這家酒店，建議不去早課的人不要住他家，無法休息！

設施：設施很先進完善，我對智能馬桶🚽很滿意以及居住房間旁邊剛好有洗衣房、棋牌室、閲讀📖區等… 衞生：很乾凈、味道清新舒適 環境：酒店的入門見水月觀音這個設計很驚艷帶着一絲絲靜謐的感覺，酒店外面是沙灘，還可以看到南海觀音喲，具有一定風水寶地優勢 服務：從聯繫酒店開始，有管家服務區，分享攻略介紹就為我省時省心了，再到碼頭專車接送，司機管家小跟班，滿滿幸福，管家幫忙拿行李介紹房間功能送水果🍉到離開酒店，我對每一位管家都點個贊👍

部屋はとても清潔で、ルームサービスはとてもフレンドリーで、ここに4日間滞在するのは3回目ですが、唯一の欠点は、毎晩9時に向かいのゲストがドアを開閉し始めることです。その頻度は5〜10秒ごとで、20分間続きます。私はもう我慢できず、交渉に出かけました、うわー😮💨！なんといういたずらでしょう！ホテルがこの問題を真剣に受け止めてくれることを願っています。チェックアウトするたびにホテルを掃除する習慣をつけましょう。

衞生：很滿意，每天都打掃得乾淨整潔 服務：超滿意，除了班車師傅很粗魯，其他工作人員都非常和善。這裏點贊陳克福師傅，服務周到熱情，能想顧客之所想，主動提醒我們在島上遊覽的一些注意事項，幫我們提前規避了一些麻煩事，十分感謝！ 環境：左邊有霸王茶姬，右邊有原制原味，去普濟寺走路十分鐘，離車站也很近，去哪裡都非常方便 設施：這是唯一一處相對得分不是很高的地方，這家驛舍已經有些年頭了，所以房間內設施比較老了，房間也比較小，但對我來説是能接受的，因為乾淨，且方便。 普陀山碼頭接送:很方便，省去拉着行李擠巴士的麻煩。但就是在車上服務的師傅挺粗魯的，送我們去碼頭下車的時候不耐煩地喊我們快快快…但是鑒於其他服務等的都很合我們需求，這個小瑕疵就無視了吧！

The room is nice, clean, soundproof. There is a common space in front the room which we hear nothing when we were inside the room. A bit trouble to go down the stairs but the staffs help us with the belongings. There's a free shuttle to go back to the pier (scheduled morning, noon time)

第一次住這家酒店，應該是出乎意外的驚喜了！ 首先銷售小許提前一天對接各種出行事宜，耐心解答各種諮詢，從幾點到碼頭、酒店班車是否已經在等都非常主動，讓人安心！車沒到酒店就在大堂等候，從入住手續到引導至客房都很細心！並幫我們提前預訂了觀世音演出的票！熱心細緻的服務精神讓我印象深刻。房間也是驚喜！應該是重新翻新後不久的房間，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，床品尤其是被子很舒服，對於遊玩結束後的休息實在重要！酒店來回的班車很方便，總之這一趟是出乎意料的滿意。

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.
